This fonds consists of textual records, photographs, negatives, slides, audio recordings, compact discs and video on DVD that relate to Kovanic’s academic and film career. The fonds relates especially to her work in Pakistan, India and Afghanistan, but also captures her work with First Nations on the Northwest coast of British Columbia.

Fonds consists of textual and audiovisual material related to David Suzuki’s professional work. It includes notes and manuscripts of several of his book, including "From Pebbles to Computers" and "Sciencescape" and copies of and correspondence relating to his articles published by "The Globe and Mail", the Southam News Syndicate and "Science Dimension" in the 1980s. It also includes correspondence relating to his professional work, his broadcasting and literary career, his work in the Department of Zoology at UBC, and research materials, information and correspondence regarding various associations to which Suzuki belonged or had dealings. It also includes recordings of Dr. David Suzuki’s "Discovery" and Dr. Suzuki’s "Equinox" from 1983-1990 and video recordings of some episodes of "The Nature of Things" from 1994, and copies of his speeches from 1985-2009.

Fonds consists of materials that document the personal and professional activities of Abraham Rogatnick, and includes handwritten notes and notebooks on historical and architectural subjects, index cards, typewritten speeches, personal writings, correspondence, and photographs. The fonds consists of records relating to the functions of the Women’s Auxiliary to the Vancouver Art Gallery from 1947 to 2009; most predominantly their fundraising operations, which document the growth of the Gallery. The fonds consists of one file titled Interview Transcripts, which contains recorded interviews, transcripts, and printed copies of transcribed interviews of research done by Sharon Fortney towards her PhD thesis titled Forging New Partnerships: Coast Salish Communities and Museums. Forney's thesis explores what motivates Coast Salish communities to participate in museum representations; considers the legal implications of such representations with respect to aboriginal rights; and analyzes of the diverse experiences of Coast Salish individuals in specific museum projects and partnerships with the goal of progressing museum and community interactions along a path to equal partnership.

The audiotapes in the fonds contain interviews with Coast Salish community members and artists regarding museums. The CD-R contains transcripts of interviews and is located in the temporary CD storage box. Sharon Fortney's curriculam vitae, thesis abstract, and 10 interviewee consent forms are located in the case file.

The fonds consist of materials that relate to Twigg’s work as a writer, publisher and co-founder of the B.C. Book Prizes in the years 1975 to 2008. The fonds is arranged in fourteen series: Correspondence, Political Campaign and Poetry of Bud Osborn, Vancouver Theatre, Television Interviews, Twigg’s Book Research, George Woodcock’s Translation of Proust, Audio Cassette Interviews, Transcripts of Interviews, Authors’ Photographs and Negatives, Special Items, B.C.
