The collection consists of the following sous-fonds: General Greenwood Family, John Hamer Greenwood, Florence Amery (nee Greenwood), and Hamar Greenwood, 1st Viscount Greenwood.

The fonds consists of minutes, annual reports, correspondence, project files, financial statements, membership applications and directories, newsletters, newsclippings, scrapbooks, and photographs of members and activities. Includes papers relaing to the affiliated Calgary Boys' Club, and the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park Association.

The fonds consists of scrapbooks containing photographs, stories, paper artifacts, and news clippings covering the history of Hythe from the time it was established as a townsite on the NAR railway in 1929 into the 21st Century. There are also albums of the Hythe Homecoming in 1978, the opening of the Hythe Golden Age Craft Centre in 1981, and Celebrate Hythe in 1989; one album of people and buildings in Hythe ca. 1970-2000. There are also two scrapbooks containing 198 memorial cards to tell us about the people who lived in Hythe, and a loose collection of photographs which cover the history of Hythe from 1916-2007.

The fonds contains correspondence, personal records, photographs, slides, negatives, video recordings, audio recordings of interviews with Delgado, and files focusing on: projects (shipwreck and historic sites), expeditions, lectures and education, and writing. The fonds also focuses on Delgado’s work with the National Park Service in the US, his work with the Vancouver Maritime Museum and with the Institute for Nautical Archaeology. Records also focus on Delgado’s work on The Sea Hunters television program.

The fonds is divided into seven series: Biographical/Personal Information series (1946, 1972-2009); Correspondence series (1973, 1979, 1980-1984); Articles, Statements, and Speeches series( 1967-2004); Newspaper Clippings series (1972-1982); International Law Commission (UN General Assembly Reports) series (1986-1992), Photographs series (1962-1963, 1972-1984, 1989, 2003), and Audiovisual series (1972-1982).

This fonds consists of material collected and created by Reg Appleyard, Doug Matheson, Rev. Harry Meadows, Matheson and Company, and the staff of Meadowcroft Seniors’ Residence through their function of running the Meadowcroft corporations and providing quality affordable housing in Edmonton between 1969 and 2010. It contains legal documents, correspondence, reports, committee minutes, pamphlets, photos, plans and audiovisual material.

An attempt has been made to preserve the original order of the material. The files themselves have been arranged into 5 sous-fonds and various series. The sous-fonds are as follows:

First accession contains items from six plywood boards used in the Grindstone Museum set up by Herbert C. Read in the “Carriage House” of the Marshlands Inn, which includes various materials pertaining to the Read Stone Company and grindstone production, including primarily photographs, as well as graphic drawings, newspaper clippings, and other textual records.

Second accession, contains materials pertaining to the Read Stone Company, grindstone production, and the Read family. Content includes primarily photographs, as well as postcards, articles, and a guest book from the Marshlands Inn which was formerly the Read home, and that contained a museum devoted to displaying the history of the grindstone industry in Sackville.

Fonds consists of materials that document the personal and professional activities of Abraham Rogatnick, and includes handwritten notes and notebooks on historical and architectural subjects, index cards, typewritten speeches, personal writings, correspondence, and photographs. There are four series: Notes and Architectural Sketches, Photographs, Notebooks and Binders, and Personal Materials and Writing.
