This fonds consists of photocopies of the original minute book of the Grand Harbour Branch, New Brunswick Women's Institute. The group began by discussing recipes and moved on to sidewalks, street lights, park improvements, cemetery improvements, a public hall, and a public library. Park improvements, cemeteries, schools, knitting, and quilting committees were soon organized and members reported on those activities at each meeting. These projects were set aside as the war began and reports on war efforts in support of soldiers began. The group met in the Newton's Store in Grand Harbour. There is a reference in the minutes of 1914 that a branch of the organization was also functioning at Seal Cove.

The fonds consists of photographs and textual records taken from an album related to the activities of the Girl Guides of Canada 4th Company's activities in 1985 to celebrate 75 years of guiding in Canada. It includes photographs of guides active in the community and members of the community such as police, fire fighters, artists, and business owners. Textual records include correspondence, receipts for donations, certificates, programs, and a flyer.

The fonds consists of textual records and other media created by Harry and Valerie Jerome, which reflect the various facets of Harry Jerome’s life, including academics, athletics, and community and national sports initiatives. While most of the records reflect Harry’s life, the fonds also includes records that pertain to Valerie Jerome’s life and her own athletic career, such as newspaper clippings. In addition, a biographical manuscript, which is Valerie Jerome’s written iteration of the story of the Jerome family and Harry’s life, is included in the fonds. The fonds also includes records that were created by the Harry Jerome Commemorative Society and the Black Business and Professional Association’s Harry Jerome Awards. In order to respect the multiple creators and the overall nature of the records, the fonds has been arranged into the following six series: Harry Jerome records (1958-1982); the Valerie Jerome records (1887-[2005]); Harry Jerome Award programs (1986-1998); the Harry Jerome Commemorative Society records (1982-2001); photographs (1919-[2005]); newspaper clippings (1946-2010). The series are contained in eight boxes.

Fonds consists of handwritten notes for Didi Khayatt's doctoral thesis, "Lesbian teachers : an invisible presence," typescript transcripts of interviews with teachers conducted between 1982 and 1985, correspondence with study participants, and an unbound copy of her thesis, August 1991.

The fonds consists of records from the Miss Prince Rupert Pageant. It includes photographs, correspondence, financial records, minutes, talent sheets, rules and regulations.

This fonds consists of materials reflecting the concerns, research and activities of Concerned Farm Women from 1981 to 1988.
It consists of administrative records including documents reflecting the group’s aims and objectives, meeting minutes (primarily 1983), membership lists (1983-1988), pamphlets, newsletters (1982-1988), project activity reports, and correspondence. Scrapbooks and folders of newspaper clippings reflect the group’s activities as well as the financial crisis facing farmers in the 1980s. Two videocassettes also review the history and accomplishments of the organization. Correspondence, conference materials and speech scripts reflect the group’s lobbying efforts. Books, reports, articles and promotional material from other agricultural organizations concerning the financial state of agriculture in Ontario and across North America informed the group’s research and activities. Finally, two books published by the group: (1) The Farmer Takes a Wife: a study by Concerned Farm Women, resulting from a 31-page survey of approximately 600 Bruce and Grey County farm women, and (2) To Have and To Hold: a guide to property and credit law for farm families in Ontario” are included in the fonds.
