The fonds consists of research materials including newspaper clippings, oral histories, and copies of archival records used in the writing of their books. The fonds also consists of the business records of D.G. Wetherell and Associates.

The fonds consists of a recorded interview with Priscilla Rowland about her ranching life and activities. The interview was conducted by Michael Robinson, President of the Glenbow Museum.

The collection consists of minutes, convention programs, reports of activities, newspaper clippings, submissions and briefs, photographs, scrapbooks and other records created primarily by and about the following organizations: United Farmers of Alberta (UFA), founded in 1909; United Farm Women of Alberta (UFWA), founded in 1914; Farmers' Union of Alberta (FUA) and Farm Women's Union of Alberta (FWUA), both founded in 1949; Unifarm and the Women of Unifarm, both founded in 1970; and Wild Rose Agricultural Producers, founded in 1996. Many of these records have been annotated by Eileen with her identifications and personal comments.

The fonds consists of correspondence, financial records including account books, mail order catalogues, advertising and promotional material, newspaper clippings about the history and development of the company, and photographs of stores, displays, and saddles.

The fonds consists of family photographs, correspondence, and genealogical records of the William Alexander Family. The photographs ([ca. 1966]-1980) show William Alexander, his wife Emilie Dannhauer, and their families, the Alexander children in Strathcona, Rycroft, and Grande Prairie, various boats on the Peace River, the Fort Fitzgerald wood camp, the Art Alexander family in Hudson's Hope, the O'Brien girls, Maggie and Emil Baron and their children, Ed and Bill Alexander in their army uniforms, and the Alexander gravesite and O'Brien Park.

The correspondence (1896, 1915-1986) includes letters from Emilie Alexander to her mother Caroline Dannhauer, Pringle to Bill Alexander, R. B. Leslie to the Alexanders, Bill Alexander to his sisters and father, Ed Alexander to his sister Maggie and father, William to his daughters, Aunt M. F. Wells to Jean and Maggie, Aunt H.(?) A. The records were arranged in a series of binders and albums, as assembled by Jean Pearce. They have been selected and rearranged by the Archivist into chronological order. The photographs have been left in the order they were given by Jean; not every photograph in the albums was copied.
