The fonds consists of photographs of Father Patrick Beaudry, Dr.Joseph Boulanger; the 1st St.Gabriel's Church and the Lafferty residence:both copied from the PAA collection; the 1934 program for Father Desmarais' golden jubilee in the priesthood; 7 photographs of the building of the new St.Gabriel's in 1953; a ca. 1870 map showing Catholic and Protestant missions and Hudson's Bay Company posts in the Canadian north-west and British Columbia; and 2 chalice covers from St.Bruno's Church. There is also the 1949 program for the Catholic Youth Organization's production of "My Beautiful Irish Rose". There is a list of Athabasca parish priests and missions from 1921 to 1981, including those serving the Ukrainian Catholic Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary from 1952-1981.

The fonds consists of a book entitled: Sisters of Providence of St.Vincent de Paul by Sister Mary Electa in 1961; ideas for the redesign of the Lessard house floor plan to accommodate 23-30 students, photocopied pictures of the first group of girls at Rosary Academy in Sept.1948, and pictures of the Home for the Aged and Chronically Ill. There are also photographs of the sisters who served in these two capacities.

The fonds consists of a proposal made to the congregation of All Saints Anglican Church regarding renovation of the 1907 church building and a presentation speech in honour of George Ryga delivered at the 1988 Athabasca University convocation.

The fonds consists of 7 photographs of Rev. Baron, Daisy and Noel Peter taken in Athabasca and Cambridge, and a photograph of Rev. Noel Peter Baron and his wife, Mary. The cassette is a recording of some Baron family history and a homily by Rev. Baron upon his visit to Athabasca in 1994. The textual records concern priestly residents of the Anglican rectory and funeral service booklets for Peter Baron and Ursula Alexander who both died in the spring of 2008.
