The fonds consists of programs, brochures, clippings and photographs, arranged by production. Productions include: a Bistro Car (1980); Canterbury Tales (1979); Godspell (1978); Man of La Mancha (1986); Pirates of Penzance (1984); Rodgers and Hart (1987); Two Score and More, nd; and several unidentified productions.

The fonds consists of textual records of the St. Ann's Academy local house, including four sous-fonds. The first two belong to the Superior and the Bursar; the third was generated by the Commercial Department of the school; and the fourth belongs to the Treasurer who kept the accounts of the St. Ann's Secondary School next door to the Academy in the 1960s and 1970s. Each of these officers maintained records in the course of their respective duties until the Academy and secondary school were finally closed and all activities ceased by 1975. Given that the primary function of this local house was education, the fonds consists mainly of school records as well as some house accounts, and other records. The school records and even general house records tend to follow the pattern of the school year from August/September to June/July. Records divide into series and sometimes subseries of files. They include account books known by their French name comptes-rendus, student registers, receipts and expenses, boarders' accounts, commercial accounts, day scholar accounts, payroll ledgers, council minutes, names and addresses of students, alumni records, and other miscellaneous material.

The fonds consists of two series: Commission records series, and Report series. The Commission records series consists of notes of meetings, correspondence, rough notes, submissions, drafts reports, and student responses to the questionnaire. The Report series consists of three copies of a draft of the report revised by President Farquhar, Dr. MacLaurin, and Dr. Jennings; and an original copy of the final report, signed by all members of the committee, and autographed by President Farquhar.

The fonds consists of minutes, 1945-1963; and correspondence and reports, 1942-1963. The records document the Council's responsibility for managing the administration and finances of Victoria College. Correspondents include T.L. Christie, Secretary-Treasurer of Greater Victoria School Board; W. Harry Hickman, Principal of Victoria College; Robert T. Wallace, Vice-Principal of Victoria College; Ray Williston, B.C. The fonds consists of research data collected for three book projects on music history in Canada, B.C., and Victoria, including photocopies or slides of 1850-1950 newspaper articles, reviews, retrospective articles, and biographical data. Also included are some original programs from the period.
