This fonds consists of seven volumes of the records of the Irishtown Women's Institute from 1937-1983. Recorded in the volumes are the minutes of regular and annual meetings, accounts, and membership lists. There are no meeting minutes for October 1940 to November 1946. In addition, there is a file of loose annual reports summarizing the accounts and membership lists for the years from 1960-1982 (no reports for 1961-1963, 1977, 1980 in the file).

The fonds consists of one minute book from the Kenmare Orange Lodge for the period 1964 to 1984. The book includes minutes as well as some membership and financial information.

The fonds consists of various textual records of the Learning Disability Association of Prince Edward Island spanning the years 1973 to 1999. The records are divided into two series: Administrative files and Programs/Activities. Series 1 consists of records pertaining to the structure and internal activities of the organization. Series 2 is comprised of records of the activities and programs organized by the association for the benefit of members and the public at large.

This fonds consists of one volume which was used as a minute book for the "Lily Lodge" in 1871 to 1876 and the "Phenix Lodge" in 1880 to 1881. The volume contains meeting minutes detailing the activities and finances of the groups. At the back of the volume are a Roll of Members for the Lily Lodge for the years 1868 to 1876, and the By-Laws of both lodges.

This fonds consists of the administrative and programs records of the Maritime Art Association including the constitution and by-laws, minutes, correspondence, publicity and press releases, newsletters, financial & insurance documents, membership & mailing lists, and papers pertaining to exhibitions, slide collections and "M.A.A. Artists" (vols. 1 & 2). There is also microfiche of documentation about the Association held in the library of the National Gallery of Canada.

This fonds consists of microfilmed copies of the minute books and financial records of the Order of the Eastern Star in Kensington, PEI, from its inception in 1955 to 1994. Also included in the fonds are two copies of the book "History of Regent Chapter No. 52, Order of the Eastern Star: 50 Years, 1956-2006".

This fonds is comprised of the papers of the P.E.I. Council of Women, primarily a loose leaf set of minutes for the years 1968 to 1976. Meeting minutes include meeting notices, newspaper clippings, and financial information in addition to the account of the meetings. Also included are copies of the organization's constitutions: proposed and approved (1971), a membership listing and cumulative financial statement for 1969, and two publications produced by the National Council of Women of Canada: the pamphlet "Councils of Women in Canada Aims and Objectives" and the booklet "What's In It?", a study guide for nation-wide circulation and discussion.

This fonds consists of two minute books of the Prince County Branch of the Canadian Handicrafts Guild for the period 1911-1912 and 1911-1917. The fonds also consists of a notebook listing the names and addresses of those working for the Prince County Branch.

This item is an 1852 copy of "The fourteenth annual report of the Prince Edward Island Auxiliary Bible Society, instituted at Charlottetown, December 13, 1837; with a list of subscribers and benefactors". It was published by James Douglas Haszard, Queen Square.

This fonds consists of copies of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Gyro Club of Charlottetown for 1938 and 1947 and some undated copies of the latter, an Executive Manual of Gyro produced by Gyro International (1948), two copies of the news bulletin "Gyrolore" (1940, 1946), several programmes and menus for the 1932 District VI Gyro Convention, a Gyro song book, and a pamphlet entitled "Gyro, Its Origin, Growth and Expansion". Also included are Gyro club membership lists (1969), miscellaneous newspaper clippings, and a photograph of the Gyro Club, ca. 1941-1942.
