Other records concern the Association’s public activities, including sponsorship of concerts featuring works by Canadian women composers and other public initiatives intended to increase awareness of and provide support for Canadian women composers. Records include correspondence, financial records, minutes, publications, press releases, media clippings, membership records and other material.

The fonds consists of exhibition files, videotapes, photographs, and other records related to the art holdings and activities of MOCA and its predecessors.

The fonds consists of a radio interview regarding her artistic career; a historical account of the Ralph E. A. Lloyd family of Red Deer Lake; a newspaper clipping about her life; and a poster from 'Homestead Kitchen" that she designed.

The fonds consists of newspaper columns written by Nancy primarily for the Calgary Herald, and research material compiled while writing her books on graveyards, the Famous Five, weddings and underwear. Includes minutes and committee records related to her work with the Famous 5 Foundation.

The fonds consists of 182 colour slides from 1957 to 1974, during the time Evy was most active with supporting the Arts, and when she lived with her family on a farm just outside Grande Prairie. Some labeled and dated, on the subjects of gardens, people (including Evy's Junior Art Class), scenery, farm, horses, vacations, Jasper, Chinook Ridge, Peace River, Smoky, Pipestone, Stoney Lake, Monkman Pass, Dunvegan, Taylor Flats, and Reflection Lake.

The collection also includes slides of her brother Jack, wife Pearl, and their children Shelley and Ted; slides of their friends Bert & Jean Dalgleish and their farm near Pipestone Creek.
