Fonds consists of textual records and other material relating to the establishment and development of the Horticulture Centre of the Pacific located at 505 Quayle Road in Saanich and includes concept descriptions; constitution, by-laws and minutes of the society; legal agreements; correspondence; personnel documents; newsletters and brochures; plans and photographs.

Original manuscript diaries, accounts books and agreements registers created and maintained by Nicholas Carter Brown, a pioneer settler in the Dunboyne area of Malahide Township, in the course of operating a sheep farm.

The Shantz Foundry fonds consists of records pertaining to the P.E. Shantz Preston Agricultural Works (1875-ca. 1895), P.E. Shantz Manufacturer (ca. 1895-ca. 1910), P.E. Shantz Foundry (ca. 1910-ca.1950) and Shantz Foundry Ltd. (ca. 1951-1966). These include account books and ledgers, index books, a letter book, time books, product catalogues, agents' contracts, handbills, price lists, production records, photographs and a trade sign.

The fonds consists of films showing farm machinery and farming techniques, and includes "The Practice of Stubble Mulch Cultivation and the Noble Blade," "The Noble High Clearance Drill," "The Noble Portable Stubble Harrow," and "The Economy Weeder from Noble."

The New Westminster Horticultural Society fonds contains minute books, financial records, the constitution, membership newsletters and lists, general correspondence, and pamphlets on garden shows held by the society and other horticultural societies. The bulk of the material was created by the executive members of the society in conjunction with their duties, and a smaller amount of material was created by various horticultural societies in BC.

The fonds consists of minutes and financial reports of the club (1944-1955) plus two record books of Salmon Arm and Enderby farmers detailing individual farmers' cows and service in 1947.

Arranged in two series, the fonds consists of a trophy, photographs, an album and a framed panorama view of the Owens Orchard titled Lakeview Orchard.

The fonds consists of petitions, minutes, accounts and work ledgers, meter books, reports, land and tax records, assessment notices, correspondence, tenders, voters lists, building and electrical permit registers, and subdivision plans. Fonds also includes records of the Trout Creek Irrigation District.
