Collection consists of notices of meetings and installation and investiture programmes (1937-1953), a poster indicating the name and meeting day of all Vancouver Island lodges [ca.1930], a hand coloured certificate of appreciation to Mark Bate (1907) and a mounted photograph of a Masonic Caliper. Also includes memorabilia from other lodges including Concord Lodge No. 79 (Parksville), Hiram Lodge No. 14 (Courtenay), St. John's Lodge No. 21 (Ladysmith), Nanaimo Lodge No. 110 and Chemainus Lodge No. 114.

Coal Miner's Handbook; a handbill for a union meeting, a medical certificate for Isaac; and a small notebook that records cheques sent and received and various other items. Also included are the eye glasses and cases of Thomas and Mary Aitken.
