The fonds consists of student attendance registers (1946-1988) of Conrad Street School, an annual report of Conrad Street School (1945), scrapbooks of a grade 6 trip to Digby Island, 1974, and photographs of students and teachers.

The fonds consists of photographs taken by the Currie family. It includes photos of family and friends, the tugboat "C.R.C.," and scenes in the Prince Rupert area.

The fonds consists of records for the island, predominantly the community of Dodge Cove. It includes correspondence, financial records, minutes, newsletters, tax assessment, voters lists, settlement plan, insurance policies and other information from both the Digby Island Ratepayer's Society and the Dodge Cove Improvement District. There are also some records from the Dodge Cove Children's Fund and the Dodge Cove Recreation Program.

The fonds consists of both black and white and colour photographs with 2 photograph albums taken by Don Hamilton during the 1940s and 1950s when he worked in various fish plants in British Columbia. They include photographs of operations at Carlisle, Bones Bay, and Butedale canneries. There are some photographs depicting family and friends, Claire Salter, Norman Christenson, Charles McMillan, William Malcom, and Sylvester Anthony MacDonald in a way of life enjoyed by people living at the canneries. There are also photographs of the RCAF MTB Rescue Boat M-234, five vessels named Mary K, Venture, Sambo Point, Coquitlam, and Cape Calvert, as well as helicopters and float planes used for a rescue operation when a U.S. Bomber crew ditched on Princess Royal Island in the 1950s (Broken Arrow). Also includes a hand painted photograph of a paddle wheeler, and photographs of Vancouver.

The fonds consists of hand-written memories composed by Dorothy Fraser Yard who lived in Prince Rupert from 1923 - 1933. The memories were written in 1990.

The fonds consists of textual records of Edward Ned Bolton. It includes business correspondence (1951-52); invoices for the Essington Fish Camp and Cassiar Packing Company Ltd. (1949-1966); a provincial act, agenda, correspondence, minutes, and annual reports for the Provincial Advisory on Indian Affairs in British Columbia (1942-1969); a receipt book for H. Brew, Haysport (1957), and miscellaneous documents (1966-1980) including an assessment notice (1969), salmon price negotiations list (1980), and letterhead for Port Essington Special Reserve, Native Brotherhood of B.C. bearing Edward's name, and the Indian Inquiry Committee.

The fonds consists of textual records, scrapbooks, and photo albums regarding the years Erna spent as a Brownie and Guide leader in Prince Rupert and Smithers. It includes photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, health forms, and her leadership training course work.
