Series consists of two (2) building plans: Original building blueprints dated 1958, and revised grounds plans from February 1993.

File consists of four (4) plans of the renovation of the Canadian Nation (CN) Station in Port Hope, a project by the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario. The plans provide dimensions on the building, and are from the restoration project of the CN Railway Station initiated by the Port Hope Branch of the ACO in 1981-1984.

File consists of one (1) poster-sized plan for a sign for the renovation of the Canadian National Railway station, created by the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario, Port Hope Branch.

Consists of plans regarding the Canadian Northern Railway Station property and its redevelopment, 1984.

File consists of the documentation related to the restoration of the Canadian Northern Railway station, Hope Street, Port Hope. It contains mostly correspondence and legal documents.

File consists of yearbooks maintained in the library of the former Dr. M.S. Hawkins Senior Public School. It includes: Port Hope High School "Blue and White" (1920, 1921, 1940, 1941); editor's copies of Dr. Hawkins School yearbooks (1983-1986); and Dr. Hawkins School "Kaleidoscope" Magazines (1967-1974).

File consists of three (3) publications taken from the library at Dr. M.S. Hawkins Senior Public School. It includes: "My Spelling, Grade 8" (stamped Mr. Carr, c. 1940s); "Hidden Treasures 1988" (Poems by Elementary students, with illustrations by staff members - Northumberland & Newcastle Board of Education); "The Shiver of the Wind 1989" (Poems by Elementary students, with illustrations by staff members - Northumberland & Newcastle Board of Education).
