The fonds consists of 160 2 inch videotapes dubbed to Beta storage and VHS working copies. These videos contain popular musical variety television shows from the late 1970s.

The fonds consists of the by-laws, minutes, membership lists, financial records, correspondence and newsletters of the Edmonton branch of the Alberta Registered Music Teachers' Association (1932-2010); a historical summary of activities in the Calgary branch (1936-1977); records concerning the Provincial Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings (1938-2010) held by the Edmonton branch of the Association; and photographs from various ARMTA events (1975-1995).

The fonds consists of architectural plans of college and university campuses, private residences, churches, medical, provincial and commercial buildings, and light rail transit stations in Alberta. It also consists of the correspondence, reports, contracts and financial records relating to these plans.

The fonds consists of a diary portraying the excitement of Canadians caused by the visit of King George and Queen Elizabeth in 1939. Vera Collins Webb illustrated the diary with her own watercolour paintings.

Consists of her law school notes, client files from her legal practice, material generated in her career as an alderman for the city of Edmonton, correspondence and newsletters from various youth and peace organizations she was involved with, correspondence created as secretary of the Empire Opera Company and its predecessor the Opera Slav, and personal correspondence with family and friends.

Consists of the records created by both the Civil Service Association and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees from the inception of the CSA in 1919 to its present day incarnation. The fonds is made up of minutes of meetings, bulletins, labour relations files, negotiations, classification appeals, and affiliations relating to the running of AUPE as a whole and to individual branch operations. The fonds also contains material relating to constitutional matters and by-laws, administration, membership services, committees, publicity and annual conventions of both the CSA and AUPE. The fonds is divided into the Civil Service Association sous-fonds and the following series: labour relations; classification appeals; negotiations; CSA material and; public affairs.

Consists of a large collection of black and white photographs, as well as theatre programmes, news clippings, guest books and other memorabilia of the entertainers who performed in Edmonton between 1911 and 1924 and stayed at the Springer's hotel. The majority of the material is publicity material either for the Pantages Theatre or the individual artists themselves.

Consists of off-air recordings that Mike Goetze made of programming on CFCW which he found to be of particular interest on both a personal and professional level. Some of the material was not taped off-air but compiled by Goetze to be used in future broadcasts or for personal research. The fonds consists of the following series: Specials series; News Programming series; Miscellaneous People Programming series; Advertising series; Chester Ronning series, and: Background Information series. Goetze arranged the majority of these records in series as he was preparing to move the records when they came into the custody of the Provincial Archives of Alberta. This original arrangement has been retained wherever possible.
