The collection contains a transcription of deaths from the diaries of Lauretta (Machon) Brooks. The alphabetical list, spanning the years 1918-1962, includes the name of the individual and their age, date, and place of death. Some entries also include additional notes made by Lauretta. The transcript was created by Anne (Nosworthy) Brooks in 2002.

Montgomery, author of "Anne of Green Gables" and other novels and poetry. The disk also includes a bibliography of sources of information about the author as well as locations where manuscripts, substantial collections of her works, and artifacts can be found.

Gone to the Bay: a history of the St. Peters Fire District area / by Juanita Rossiter

The volume is a history of the St. Pers Fire District including the communities of Midgell, Cardigan Road, Forest Hill, Cable Head East, Goose River, Naufrage, Dingwells Mills, Fortune Road, Armdale, St. Peters Bay, Southampton, Greenwich, Cable Head West, Monticello, Selkirk, Farmington, Five Houses, and Ashton from aboriginal days to the late 20th century. It includes chapters on industry and business, education, religion, transportation, recreation and leisure, etc. This book was funded by the Canadian Youth Employment Strategy and sponsored by the Greenwich Area Residents Group and written by Juanita Rossiter, resident of St. Peters Bay. Primary research and interviews of community members was undertaken by Karen Larkin, Bonnie Hayden, Chantelle MacDonald, Christian Gavard and Tammy Dowling.

This collection consists of various textual and photographic records of Doris Muncey Haslam spanning the years ca. 1870 to 2000. The records are divided into four series: the Genealogical notes and correspondence series details Doris Haslam's continued interest in genealogy; the Scrapbooks series contains five of Doris Haslam's scrapbooks; the Personal correspondence and household accounts series consists of an account book and letters; and the Miscellaneous records series contains newsletters, postcards and a draft copy of the community history of Springfield.

The collection consists of 563 copy negatives (445 - 35 mm negatives and 118 - 4x5 negatives) and one CD-ROM of images of the members of the Prince Edward Island Legislative Assembly taken from the official MLA composites for the periods 1901-1905, 1921, 1923-1927, 1931-1935, and 1947-2000. The negatives consist primarily of member portraits (1901-1905, 1931-1935, and 1947-1974) as well as some composites (1921, 1923-1927, 1947-1951, 1957, and 1971-1974). The CD-ROM contains digital images of member portraits from the 1950s and composites for 1951-2000. The negatives and digital images in this collection were probably created by the offical Government of Prince Edward Island photographers, ca. 1980 and ca. 2002.

Catalog of an exhibition held at the Confederation Centre art Gallery and Museum in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, April 6-May 18, 1997. Catalog written by Edward MacDonald includes a portfolio of reproductions of 2 paintings by Fanny Amelia Bayfield and 3 chromolithographs by Henry Buckton Laurence. Biographies of the two artists are by Ruth McKenzie and Mark Holton respectively.
