Personal records include William Munson Jarvis' lecture and research notes on New Brunswick history and the development of the Church of England in New Brunswick; his addresses, lectures, and speeches on various religious themes including Sunday schools; correspondence pertaining to religious issues; and printed religious material primarily relating to the Church of England and its societies. They also include Jarvis genealogical material, correspondence relating to the New Brunswick Rifle Association, William Munson Jarvis' grammar school reports and attendance cards, and newspaper clippings.

This fonds consists primarily of family correspondence and legal records. It includes correspondence between Harry Crookshank of Stromness, Orkney and Andrew Crookshank, 1808-1810, correspondence of Robert William Crookshank senior, 1819-1861, and correspondence of Robert W. Crookshank, Jr., 1841-1900. There are also deeds, leases, mortgages and other documents of Crookshank family, 1786-1891, and genealogical information about the Crookshank and Thomson families.

This fonds consists of correspondence, specifications, patents and notes on Abraham Gesner's geological work. There are records of his patents and petitions for patents as well as specifications and plans for manufacturing kerosene. Some personal papers, including a memorandum of a will, an appointment to the Geological Survey of New Brunswick, and the assignment of a mortgage are included.

This fonds consists of two certificates. One is Steven's military discharge certificate dated 1902, which contains age, physical description, military unit and date discharged. There is also a freeman's certificate, 1967, presented to Alonzo Stevens and several others in honour of their military service.

This fonds consists of the minute books of the Executive and General council, 1970-1972, 1980, and correspondence with municipal and provincial agencies, the press and interested service groups.

This fonds consists of shipping, business and family papers of the Brown and Marr families of West Quaco. The shipping documents relate mainly to the vessels "Saguenay", "Lepreau", "Savannah", "Lancefield", "Kelverdale", "Lizzie C. Troop", and "Kate F. Troop" and their captains, Elisha Brown and Omar P. Brown.

The family papers include correspondence, accounts and ephemeral items. Some of the letters were written by family members from ports in Britain, the West Indies, South America and the United States while on their voyages."
