North Kleskun Community Club fonds

The fonds consists of minute books, financial records, correspondence, annual returns, grant files, records relating to the North Kleskun Athletic Club, insurance and tax records, and records relating to the Kleskun Community Hall. There are also 30 color photographs taken at various events at the community hall between 1983-1990.

William Alexander Family fonds

The fonds consists of family photographs, correspondence, and genealogical records of the William Alexander Family. The photographs ([ca. 1966]-1980) show William Alexander, his wife Emilie Dannhauer, and their families, the Alexander children in Strathcona, Rycroft, and Grande Prairie, various boats on the Peace River, the Fort Fitzgerald wood camp, the Art Alexander family in Hudson's Hope, the O'Brien girls, Maggie and Emil Baron and their children, Ed and Bill Alexander in their army uniforms, and the Alexander gravesite and O'Brien Park.

The correspondence (1896, 1915-1986) includes letters from Emilie Alexander to her mother Caroline Dannhauer, Pringle to Bill Alexander, R. B. Leslie to the Alexanders, Bill Alexander to his sisters and father, Ed Alexander to his sister Maggie and father, William to his daughters, Aunt M. F. Wells to Jean and Maggie, Aunt H.(?) A. Alexander to Jean, Aunt Jessie Fairweather to her nieces and nephews, Art and Violet Alexander to his sister Maggie, Harry Newgord to Ed and Bill, cousin Ella F. Lyell to Jean and Maggie, W. J. C. Reed & Sons Solicitors and Notaries Public to Maggie, cousin Jessie (nee Bell) to Jean Pearce, Emil and Maggie Baron to their daughter Jean Pearce, cousin Jessie (nee Bell) to Violet Alexander, cousin Helen Truscott to Jean Pearce, Paul and Caroline Dannhauer to Sidney Truscott, Jean to her sister Maggie, cousin Jim Blacklaws to Maggie, Jean to niece Jean Pearce, cousin Wayne to Jean Pearce, cousin Isabel Besley to Jean Pearce, and the Public Archives of Canada to Jean Pearce.

The records were arranged in a series of binders and albums, as assembled by Jean Pearce. They have been selected and rearranged by the Archivist into chronological order. The photographs have been left in the order they were given by Jean; not every photograph in the albums was copied.

Buffalo Lakes Community Society fonds

The fonds consists of records relating to the management of the Buffalo Lakes Community Society from 1946-1999. The fonds is divided into seven series based on type and content: Minutes, Financial Records, Annual Returns, Legal Papers, Insurance Records, Correspondence, and Photographs.
Most of the records were not arranged upon arrival and an order by date and record type has been established by the archivist.

North Kleskun Ladies Club fonds

The fonds consists of minute books 1948-1999, financial records 1949-1997, correspondence 1949-1998, cook books (1982 and 1992), records relating to the Kleskun School Reunion 1987, and the Ladies Club Reunion 1990. There are also 58 photographs taken of club members, various events, and quilts made by the club.
There was no discernible original order in the records when they arrived. Order was imposed on them by the archivist based on the content of the records.

Bay Tree Community Club fonds

The fonds consists of records relating to the Bay Tree Community Club. They are divided into four series: minutes, financial records, correspondence and quilting, which the ladies used as a fundraiser. The correspondence includes information of the closing of the Silver Valley Campsite.
The records were in no particular order when they arrived, but the minutes were grouped together in duotangs labeled with the year. It should be noted that there are balance sheets in the duotangs with the minutes, and original order has been maintained. Taped to the inside cover of one of the duotangs was a photo marked 1991. This was removed and added to the other photos of quilts.

Buffalo Lakes Ladies Club fonds

The fonds consists of six minute books created after the August 1945 re-organization of the Buffalo Lakes Ladies Club. The minutes include records of monthly and annual meetings, lists of members, financial statements, financial ledgers which show the monthly activities, and documents relating to events which the club organized.

Kieyho Park fonds

The fonds consists of papers relating to the establishment of the Kieyho Park, the lease agreement and licence of occupation, receipts, bills, and correspondence. There is also a booklet prepared by the South Peace Regional Planning Commission in June 1992 which contains the development proposal for the park.
