The series consists of slides and transparencies of artworks by Paul Rand. These artworks are located within galleries and the homes of private clients.

The series consists of publication material relating to Paul Rand’s involvement in gallery exhibition catalogues from the Vancouver Art Gallery Bulletin, The Beaver magazine, and the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. The series also includes newspapers publications addressing Rand’s work; personal notes relating to exhibition catalogue publications; and an Arts Events Calendar publication. An exhibition publication for the artist Jock Macdonald is also included within the series.

The series consists of an envelope holding personal photographs of Paul Rand, Helena Rand and an unidentified person at a gallery exhibition; personal photographs and Polaroids of Paul Rand’s paintings while on display at an unknown gallery; and professional photographs of Paul Rand’s artworks.

The series is comprised of Paul Rand’s artwork insurance documents from various companies; consignment documents from ArtCore Consultants Limited; and documents concerning lenders fees for the use of artwork in gallery exhibitions.

The series consists of correspondence between Paul’s wife Helena Rand and gallery curators and directors regarding art exhibitions. The series also includes a letter to Paul Rand from artist Jock Macdonald; invitations from the Vancouver Art Gallery and the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria to their exhibitions; and a newspaper photocopy of a related gallery exhibition that was attached to an invitation from the Vancouver Art Gallery.

The series consists of collectors’ lists of those who own or owned Paul Rand artworks. The series also includes the owners address lists; invitation lists for people who have loaned Paul Rand’s work for exhibitions; and a notebook indicating the exhibitions, titles, year and people who have purchased the artwork of Paul Rand.

The series consists of Christmas, greeting and general cards which display the paintings of Paul Rand. The series also includes 32 postcards depicting the image "Coal Diggers" by Paul Rand; and a good luck card that was placed into a folder with two photographs of Paul Rand.

The series is comprised of biographical information relating to Paul Rand.

Series includes textual documents giving an overview of the life of Paul Rand; an extract of his birth certificate; and complete documentation of his change of name. Also included within the series is a damaged file including biographical information as well as artist related information.

The series consists of artwork created by the artist Paul Rand.

Series includes copper plates representing Paul Rand’s paintings as follows: “Zucca Harvest”; “Snow, Sunlight and Shadow”; and “Maples, Stanley Park”.

Also included within the series are stamps created by Paul Rand entitled “Greetings” and “Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a bright New Year”.

Finally, the series contains a linocut plate created by Paul Rand titled “Hill Farm”.

The series is comprised of 3 copper plates, 2 stamps and 1 linocut plate.

Series consists of annual reports given to the Wesley College Senate by College departments; and minutes of the College Board, Senate, and other student and faculty groups with a small amount of correspondence and memos by the same. Series is arranged in two folders: the first contains the reports, organized chronologically; the second contains the minutes and correspondence.
