This collection consists of a booklet relating to the activities of the 5th Battalion (Western Cavalry) Saskatchewan Regiment ca. 1915 sent to Bertha Durrant's parents by Lieutenant Colonel George S. Tuxford. Also included are two photographs from 1914 and 1915 of the farm owned by George S. Tuxford in the Tuxford, Saskatchewan district and one photograph of Jesse and Rhoda Durrant's sod house in the Elbow, Saskatchewan district.

The records in this fonds date from 1910 to 1993 and relate mainly to the research, writing, publication and sale of Prince's book, Listen! The Wind is Rising! Dollard, Saskatchewan and District. The book, bilingual in parts, is a historical and cultural study of pre-settlement to 1950. The book contains a brief overview of the period 1950 to 1989 and some details regarding Dollard's 75th Anniversary celebration in 1989. The records include a copy of the book, correspondence, research notes, submissions, photographs, maps, invoices, newspaper clippings, and articles.

This fonds also contains photographs of Thérèse Lefebvre Prince and her parents, Blance and Rene Lefebvre.

Records relating to Maurice W. Sharon's career as an architect include his 1923 certificate of associate membership from the Engineering Institute of Canada; a copy of his 1933 letter to the City Clerk of the City of Vancouver applying for a position as Chief Building Inspector; an undated drawing of the Weyburn Mental Hospital; undated pages removed from a publication (possibly the Saskatchewan Department of Public Works annual reports) containing photographs of buildings Sharon designed; and a presentation drawing and a copper printing plate of a photograph of the Provincial Normal School in Saskatoon.

This fonds also includes a transcript of a diary written by Maurice W. Sharon in 1887; photocopies of various birth, death and marriage records; an undated newspaper clipping regarding Maurice W. Sharon's participation in the Fort Garry Gun Club annual trapshooting contest; postcards of Saskatchewan buildings; photographs and two audio cassettes containing an interview with Maurice William (Bill) Sharon regarding his family.

The Liboiron-Généalogie by S. and C. Rémillard was compiled in February 1972 with notes added in 1977. The Roberge Family History by Rosalie Jarvis was written in 1974.

There is a single photograph of the Jean Baptiste Liboiron family (identified) included on the microfilm. Jean Baptiste was Lucienne Liboiron Roberge's grandfather.
