The fonds consist of parish registers of the pastoral charge and records generated by the Little Bay Islands pastoral charge. The records relate to the activities of the pastoral charge, its functional bodies which include, Women's Group Records, Patriotic Committee Minute Books, Youth Groups, Membership Records, Finance records of pastoral charge and recording of Pastoral charge vital statistics. The majority of the records are in the form of scrapbooks, agendas and minutes, reports, financial statements, registers and annual reports.

The fonds consists of records which document the work and activities of Cochrane Street United Church congregation, its boards and committees and its organizations, with the records starting in 1882.

The records consist of the administrative records of the congregation which include the Quarterly Official Board, the Boards of Session and Stewards, their committees, both standing and ad hoc, and the Board of Management starting in 1987, and its committees. The fonds also includes financial records, comprising of financial statements and reports as well as some audited reports. Also included are vital statistic records dating from the independence of the congregation in 1890 and membership records dating from 1916. Annual reports, many of which were published, are included. Women's and men's groups, youth groups, and Sunday School records are also a part of this fonds.

First Trinity Girl Guide Company fonds

The fonds consists of a logbook of the company with an introduction by the Chaplain, Rev. R.S. Sheppard and a record book, 1953-1968. The logbook begins March 26, 1943 and contains a detailed account of the activities of the company. On p.2 there are 8 photographs of a camp held in 1944. The final meeting recorded in the logbook was held in February, 1966. The record book contains the names of the Guides enrolled and an account of their badges etc. Instructions and advice for guides, written by Commissioner Mrs. Sullivan, is included at the back of the book.

The fonds represents the Trinity branch of the WPA in Newfoundland, and consists of two printed annual reports of the WPA, Newfoundland, 1918 and 1945, a small amount of correspondence, knitting patterns and records of material issued and work returned. There is also a file of news clippings relating to members of the armed forces from the Trinity area, including some obituaries. The fonds was assembled by Rupert Morris and contained some items which have been removed.
