Collection consists of copied photographs dating circa (ca.) 1900-1955 that were collected for use in her book, <em>Oh! The Coal Branch</em>. The photographs were borrowed by Toni Ross from various photographers, including Charles Lee, and they depict various people, views, buildings, machinery and accidents in mining towns such as Edson, Luscar, Cadomin and Mountain Park, Alberta. The collection also includes captions for the photographs and a book of ration coupons, likely from the 1940s.
