Fonds consists of a minute book; minutes; correspondence; programs; and publications produced through the activities of the Association.

The fonds consists of records relating to the activities of the United Church Community Centre (later known as Emmanuel House). It also includes administrative records (1938-2001) of the Community Centre, Community Centre Service League, Parents Study Club, Young Women's Club, Women's Cooperative Committee, Emmanuel House and Burry Heights Camp Committee. The fonds also consists of material (1929-1965) related to Dr. Stella Burry and miscellaneous material, which includes several photographs ([19-]-1992.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings, correspondence, reports of services and activities, membership and volunteer services as well as scrapbooks of newspaper clippings and photographs of the business, activities and history of the International, Canadian, and local Red Cross. The minutes are complete from the inaugural meeting held in 1914 to the final meeting in 1991 when the Moose Jaw office closed.

This fonds contains one report on the history of the Zion Methodist Church in Moose Jaw. IT was written by Farrah Banilevic in 1993 for a social studies class at A. E. Peacock Collegiate. It includes the history of the church as well as eight colour photographs of the interior of the church.

This fonds consists of the minutes, treasurers reports, membership lists and meeting attendance records. There is nothing for the years 1948, 1949, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981. There is a guest register on ruled not paper with names of people present at the Club’s 25th and 50th anniversary celebrations. Everything except the “guest register” is in notebooks.

This fonds consists of the business and activities of the Eastview Homemakers’ Club. It contains written histories, photographs, correspondence, reports, programs of events, and newspaper clippings. Many loose sheets are inserted into the Citizenship and Legislation notebook.

The collection contains correspondence and publications about the geology, ornithology and biology of Grand Manan and particularly the marine invertebrates. There is also material relating to conservation. Some of the correspondence discusses the display of natural history specimens in a museum. There are also brochures, pamphlets and books from various natural history organizations, published between 1853 and 1995.

Fonds consists of records documenting five generations of the Almon family and related families. Includes microfilm reels containing correspondence, financial accounts, legal and probate records, and letterbooks of WJ Almon and Son. Fonds also includes original and typescript copies of correspondence, short-hand diaries of Susanna Almon, literary manuscripts, legal records, newspaper clippings, articles, certificates, ephemera, Dr. Bruce Almon's register of infectious diseases and medical case histories, meterological readings taken by Cotton Mather Almon, and a scrapbook originally compiled by Senator W.J. Almon and later continued by his granddaughter Susanna. The scrapbook primarily covers the early 1700s to ca. 1954 and contains photographs, lithographs, newspaper clippings and other original material and reproductions concerning the Almon family and other early New England and Nova Scotian families such as Ritchie, Johnstone, Dodd, Byles, Cotton, and Mather, many of which were related to the Almons. Scrapbook also includes mention of "Rosebank", the Almon estate in Halifax, and local and international events. Fonds also includes records relating to Mary and Catherine Byles, daughters of Rev. Dr. Mather Byles, and original letters written to Philip Dodd, seizing officer in command of provincial schooners, from Joseph Howe, Hugh Bell, and James B. Uniacke. Some duplication in the fonds exists in transcripts found in MG 1 vol 163 and microfilm reels 810-811.

Fonds consists of records documenting Whitelaw's activities as a writer and radio broadcaster. Fonds contains personal and business correspondence, draft manuscripts, transcripts, interview notes, newspaper clippings, research notes, copies of newspaper and magazine articles, press releases, sound recordings, and other miscellaneous material relating to her various publications and CBC Radio projects. Subjects covered in the records include: Lord Dalhousie journals, Acadian women, Billy Joe McLean, Helen Joseph and South African politics, and Hugh MacDiarmid. Also includes material relating to the Nova Scotia Women's Oral History Project for which Whitelaw was recruited in 1990 to conduct interviews.
