Annie Woodworth (LaCasse) series, 1912-1971, 5 cm of textual records. Consists of autograph book and scrapbooks of Annie Woodworth. IV. Woodworth family series, ca.1890-1930, 49 photographs. .5 cm of textual records. Consists of family photographs of Ben, Ethel, Mary, Maude, Adelia, Fred A. and John Woodworth and of Howard Deegan; Fred Woodworth papers; and other material.

The fonds consists of: a Red Cross blood donor certificate given to Roy Woollven for giving 20 donations of blood ([ca. 1955]); a St. Barnabas Anglican Church cookbook in aid of the Organ Fund (1913); The Canadian Red Cross manual for Home Care Nursing Classes (undated); Red Cross certificate issued to Mrs. R. W. Woollven of Suffield, for completing all of the offered courses of the Department of Home Nursing, Alberta Divison (undated); framed document issued by the Government of Canada in gratitude to Corporal Roy Walter Woollven for Devotion to Duty as a Member of Canada's Reserve Army, 1939-1945; rolled memorial scroll issued to honour Pte. C. H. Woollven, 552817, 8th Battalion Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment), son of Mrs. F.C. Woollven of Medicine Hat, who died of his wounds April 15, 1917 at the age of 22 years. His grave is located at Aubigny Communal Cemetery in France (undated); 83 photographs of members of the Veteran's Guard, various views of Medicine Hat, Alderson (Carlstadt), the Woollven family, and the Police Point Barracks. The fonds consists of the 107 page memoirs of Maria (Parachin) Wozniak written in Polish in 1958 and translated by her son, Matthew; a story of Matthew's paternal grandmother, Katrina Wozniak (nee Wrobel). 131 photographs and newspaper articles concerning the Wozniakand Klukas families and Eaglesham's Co-op, Eaglesham Golf Clubhouse and ball team, and many of Barbara Wozniak's quilts and handicrafts. Mathew Wozniak's stories include: "Benny Houser's Sawmill", "Spinning Out of Wool", "The Story of Elko (Alex) Sanocki and Family", "South Slope School", "Modern Technology, " Paving the Grande Prairie Airport", and "Hamlet of Rehab later Codesa", "History of the Lakeside Golf and Country Club", "Short Period of Polish History", "Fox Creek School Van", "Country Icehouses", "Artificially Inseminating" ,"Wanham Codesa Fire", and "Automobile Engines", "Water", "Russia Destroying Poland". Also included is a biography of Herman Klukas, written by Mathew Wozniak and several pages of selected memories from his mother's diary. The fonds also includes the Mathew Wozniak family film collection of 26 feels of 8mm and Super 8mm film and a digital copy of 3 disks the films were transferred to.

Fonds contains photographs and textual records pertaining to the descendants of Isaac Wry, which were handed down to and kept by his great granddaughter, Pauline Mary (Alward) Spatz. Most of the content refers to Pauline, her parents John Bunyan and Mabel Lena (Wry) Alward, and her grandparents John Willard and Jennie Grace (Snowdon) Wry, as well as other close relatives. The records listed here were part of a donation that also included a number artifacts.
