Fonds consists of undated report cards and a 1923 high school entrance certificate for Mary Lane, Quennell School; domestic science notebooks of Violet Lane (primarily sewing notebooks); a program for the Nanaimo High School production of "The Mikado",1927; and a John Shaw High School Graduation Program 1949.

The fonds consists of pre-printed Sunday School teachers classbooks, and plain notebooks, filled in for girls and boys classes, noting attendance and number of lessons cited.

Fonds consists of membership applications from twenty-seven local men to the Pacific Coast Militia Rangers Association. Application forms include the applicant's full name and address and country of origin, weapons owned by applicants and a signed oath of allegiance.

Fonds consists of an official copy of an Order-in-Council issued by the federal Department of Public Works approving an application by Kneen's Builder's Supplies to build a wharf in Commercial Inlet (1950). Also includes correspondence from the Public Works Department (1933) and a hand drawn sketch of the subject area.

Fonds consists of a volume that provides introductory information for new initiates to the Order. The volume includes signatures of the lodge's officers including Tom Dobie, Don Lindsay, Jack Docherty and Gordon Beard. Other signatures are illegible.
