Also included are Brochures from past seasons, lists of donations, corporate sponsors, correspondence, recognition levels, background information on Friends of Music and an advertising and promotional report.

File consists of promotional materials for the Port Hope & District Agricultural Society Fall Fair, 2006. It includes: Two (2) copies of the Port Hope Fall Fair Book and Prize List; and "A Kid's Guide to the Port Hope Fair." Includes an entry form. First book released in 2006.

Donation consists of one (1) uniform shirt, and one (1) uniform sash originally belonging to a member of the 1st Port Hope Cub Scout Unit, c. 2005. Both the sash and shirt contain patches and badges both from the personal interest and program sections of the book.
