The sous-fonds consists of the minutes, including lists of accounts, from the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 for the first eight years of its existence.

The sous-fonds consists of Board of Education Minutes from 1951-1994; formal agreements between the County of Grande Prairie and other organizations and individuals to provide services for County residents from 1948-2003; a collection of scrapbooks containing news clippings of County activities from 1970 onwards; land ownership maps of the County and its predecessors from 1912-2001; a few photographs; and the master sets of publications produced by the County from 1990-2001.

The sous-fonds consists of financial statements from 1932-1991, including those of the predecessors of the County: the M.D. of Grande Prairie No. 739, the M.D. of Bear Lake No. 740, the M.D. of Grande Prairie No. 127, the Village of Clairmont, the Grande Prairie School Division No. 14, and two related organizations, Pioneer Lodge (1955) and East Smoky School Division 16 (1949). There are also Annual Reports for the County from 1956-1982; a collection of Alberta Gazettes, from 1937 to 1981, listing properties for tax sales in the Municipal Districts of Bear Lake and Grande Prairie and the County of Grande Prairie No. 1; and a series of over-sized Debenture certificates issued in 1950-1951.

The sous-fonds consists of the 1971 Development Appeal Board Hearing regarding the City Sewer Lagoon System; the County of Grande Prairie General Municipal Plan, the Joint General Municipal Plan for the City and County of Grande Prairie, and the 1991 County of Grande Prairie Census Report. There are also two maps. One shows the Land Use By-law Districts in the County; the other is a 1980 North Highway Structure Plan.

The sous-fonds consists of a rural road inventory of Wapiti study area #14 done in 1966; 940 plans and blueprints for roads and townsites surveyed in the County of Grande Prairie between 1910 and 1990; 1103 pipeline plans surveyed between 1959-2001.

The fonds consists of the minutes and correspondence of the Northern Alberta Association of Municipal Districts and Counties; maps of the three sections of Greenview: Valleyview, DeBolt and Grovedale; a set of aerial photographs taken in 1994-1995; a large collection of survey plans created between 1944 and 2005; and a series of planning studies and reports on the area.

The fonds consists of records reflecting some of the activities of the Town of Grande Prairie from 1917 to 1951. The majority of these records are connected most specifically with the office of the Secretary-Treasurer and relate to town governance and finances. The fonds is arranged in four series: Provincial legislation, Financial records, Tax records, and Correspondence files.

The sous-fonds consists of three M.D. of Greenview maps: Sheet 1 showing the Valleyview Area, Sheet 2 the DeBolt Area, and Sheet 3 the Grovedale Area. These are land ownership maps, and include an index to Subdivisions and Acreages.

The sous-fonds consists of aerial photographs of the M.D. of Greenview; and a large collection of survey plans from the Greenview area dating from 1944 to 2005.

The sous-fonds consists of publications by the Government of Alberta, the municipal governments of Greenview and Valleyview, the Peace River Planning Commission, the South Peace Regional Planning Commission and various engineering firms.
