Later, after settling at Kootenay Plains, Wilson was apparently given a camera by Mary Vaux and likely took many of the Stoney Indians views. Ed Wilson was an amateur photographer and likely took most of the views of staff at Lake Louise and of Nordegg.

Fonds consists mainly of photograph albums presented to Ray Legace by appreciative clients. They pertain to the following trips outfitted by Legace: P. S. Toney (Chicago) fishing trip, Banff National Park, 1934; Van Heck (Netherlands) big game hunt, Rockies and Bugaboos, 1939; Francis Fabick game hunt in the Saskatchewan, Clearwater and Brazeau Rivers regions, 1948 (album completed 1949). Sound recording is of thirty-ninth wedding anniversary dinner of Ray and Alpha Legace, recorded at Num-Ti-Jah Lodge at Bow Lake on December 18, 1968 by John D. Hindle. Also present at the dinner were Jimmy Simpson Sr., Jimmy Simpson Jr., Bruno Engler and Rolf Harris. Also includes one F. V. Longstaff photographic Christmas card, 1946.

Fonds consists of reminiscences titled "Personal experiences of Lieut. Col. H. Westmorland O.B.E. in the Canadian Rockies, 1911-1944" describing climbing in the Selkirks, Mount Robson and Mount White Horn; Alpine Club of Canada camps, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1919, 1944; surveying with A. O. Wheeler and Conrad Kain; and mountain warfare training. Includes letters and clippings.
