The collection consists of images of Morinville, Alberta, originally dating circa (ca.) 1900 to ca. 1920, and includes images of streets, buildings, stores, banks, hotels, restaurants, interior of a saloon, hearse, a religious procession, horses, sleighs, wagons, delivery wagons, trains, the Cardiff Coal Mine, a church service, tennis players and a marching band and Byron-May Company, Limited photographs of buildings and views along Morinville's main street.

The collection consists of images of Millet and area, originally dating circa (ca.) 1900 to ca. 1950, of buildings, hotels, banks, stores, post offices, train stations, gas stations, garages, cafés, liveries, dairies, churches, schools and students, a kitchen, street scenes, a telephone operator, proprietors, children, a billiards player, curlers and curling, horses, wagons, automobiles, farmers, fields, tractors, farm machinery, and bear skinning.

The fonds consists of images from Seba Beach, originally dating circa (ca.) 1910, of the beachfront, the lake, picnics, store exteriors and interiors, a baseball team and canoes and canoeing, and images from Lesser Slave Lake and Waterways, originally dating from 1930s and 1940s, possibly once belonging to Knute Booth, of commercial fishing operations.

The images are of Plamondon, originally dating circa 1900 to the 1950s, and include students, canoe-building, store interiors and exteriors, buildings, post offices, houses and house building, horses, automobiles, churches, baseball teams, funerals, families, nuns, picnics and other social gatherings and views of Plamondon and area.

The collection consists of images, originally dating ca. 1914 to ca. 1983 from Cereal, Alberta, including images of views of Cereal, streets, hotels, train station, schools, hospitals, a restaurant interior, houses and log houses, children, residents, hospital matrons, a hospital doctor, the director of nurses, geese hunters, a fiddler, horse and carts, horse and sleigh, horses, cattle, oxen, barns, farming, harvesting, plowing, harrows, water well, baseball spectators, cars, picnics, skiing, trains, and a steam engine.

The collection consists of 71 images, originally dating from 1914 to 1958, of schools, churches, sports teams, stores, bands, automobiles, ferries, coal mines, bicycles, horses and carriages, weddings, and Ukrainian Associations, all primarily in the Redwater, Alberta area and includes Redwater, Radway, Egremont, Eldorena, Waskatenau, Vinca, Opal and Fedorah, as well as Skaro, Brule, and Drumheller.

The collection is made up of items donated to the Provincial Archives of Alberta from the Society's holdings. The collection is made up of postcards and postcard-format photographs depicting places in Alberta, including views of Banff, Mount Stephen and Cathedral Peak, St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Lacombe, a train on the Lacombe Branch of the C.P.R., Lacombe High School, an early view of Calgary, and the Lacombe hockey team, winners of the Alberta Amateur Hockey Association championship. Collection consists of a programmes from various professional and amateur theatre and music productions held in a number of venues in Edmonton, Alberta, including the Empire Theatre, McDougall Auditorium, Edmonton Opera House, Marie Hall, Grand Theatre, Thistle Rink, Glenora Skating Club, Edmonton Arena, Orpheum Vaudeville, and Temple Theatre. Fonds also includes a souvenir menu from the Shasta Grill in Edmonton and a photograph depicting a fire in Alfred Block in Red Deer, Alberta.

The collection relates to the Olympic Torch Relay, an event sponsored by Petro-Canada. The relay involved 6,820 Canadians carrying the sacred Olympic flame across Canada prior to the 1988 Olympic Winter Games. The collection consists of: press releases; speeches given at the kindling of the Olympic flame in Greece; correspondence; a report on the torch design; pamphlets; maps of the route of the Olympic torch across Canada; list of Canadian Olympians participating in the relay.

The fonds consists of a ticket to the opening ceremonies of the XVI Olympic Winter Games, Albertville, France 1992; and 8 posters promoting the Ski Jeep Eagle international competitions of 1995 in freestyle skiing, ski jumping, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and snowboarding.
