The fonds consists of the certificate of incorporation and by-laws; minutes, financial statements, membership lists, correspondence, newsletters for 1976-1999; provincial and federal annual tax returns for 1999-2001; grant receipts; dance competitions; 1998-1999 Disneyland Proposal and arbitration hearing and award of Sept. 1999; 6 video cassettes of year end concerts, 1993-1998; Project 2000: 25th anniversary display consisting of the year by year overview of activities, photographs and an anniversary video cassette. Material from the 2010 35th anniversary display include 25 photographs, programs, a 1975-2010 history of the executive and dancers, and a club logo. The 5 DVDs are from 2008-2010.

The fonds consists of Elizabeth Speers ration coupon book from WWII, the program for the 4th Annual Wall of Fame Dinner of the University of Alberta, Nov.1, 1988. Elizabeth's grandson, Larry Reginald Speers, was an inductee at that event. There is also a 1973 acrylic painting of the Athabasca Brick School by Viola (Silverthorn) Speers, William's wife and a 1977 acrylic painting, a Botticelli copy, by Bessie (Silverthorn) Speers, Roy's wife. Bessie also donated an Athabasca Clay Products serving bowl with lid, a butter paddle and a pipe.

The fonds consists of reprinted newspaper articles, a list of electors for 1938 and 1958, a few unidentified photocopied pictures and 10 photographs; also the booklet "Memoirs of the Official Opening of the Amber Valley Community Centre, June 28, 1975". The photos include: W.G. and Alice Cromwell, Columbus Bowen, Bob Jamerson, and Williams and Kinamore families. The booklet "Rural Women in Focus" was printed by the Amber Valley Community Association to celebrate the United Nations 1975 International Women's Year. Included is information on Lydia Williams, Marjorie Logan, Nancy Appleby, Amber Valley pioneer women, Athabasca Art Club, Martha Edwards and Palma Lennie. Two photographs from the Athabasca Archives collection include: Georgia Toles and an unknown woman. The map is a hand drawn Amber Valley Heritage Map, 1987, showing the present and former land owners in Township 66, Range 20, W4M. As well as the names of farm families, the map locates two stores, two post offices, the school and the cemetery.

The fonds consists of the charter and by-laws; financial statements for 1983-1989; special project reports such as skate-a-thons, FCSS van purchase and baseball diamond construction; correspondence and some membership lists; 3 scrapbooks of clippings and photographs from 1956-1966, 1981-1982, 1962-1985.There is a special collection of material regarding the 1966 Klondike Karavan on the Athabasca Landing Trail. The artifacts include 2 large Kinsmen flags, a vest, trophies and corporate seals. In 1983 the Kinsmen Club sponsored the RCMP Musical Ride.
