The fonds consists of material relating to the personal life and community involvement of Anna Chree, a long-time West Vancouver resident who was active in many organizations including the West Vancouver Garden Club. The fonds also contains records relating to her husband William Ian Chree who was active in local theatre. The material includes correspondence, documents, booklets, ephemera, calendars, pamphlets, tickets, scrapbook, travel journal, and photographs.

Fonds consists of the records created and accumulated by Ida Siegel, documenting her personal and professional life, along with her philanthropic work. The types of records include personal reminiscences, diaries and memoirs, family correspondence, professional correspondence, speeches, scrapbooks, newsclippings, oral histories and photographs.

Fonds reflects the administration of Loyal Orange County Lodge of Nipissing East and its governance of the district and primary Orange lodges within its jurisdiction. Fonds contains minute books (arranged into a series), attendance books, a dues book, and a list of past County Masters.

File consists of meeting minutes from St. Paul's Anglican Church at Perrytown, 1895-1897. It includes: Vestry Minutes (Easter), 1895-1897; Special Meeting, 1895; and Meeting Minutes, May 1897.

The collection consists of photographs, negatives, slides, and other material relating to West Vancouver that was collected by Rupert Harrison in the course of his work as a historian and archivist for the District of West Vancouver.
