The fonds consists of 5 scrapbooks compiled by Annie Mellish during the 1973 Centennial celebration commemorating Prince Edward Island's entry into Confederation. These scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings from the "Guardian", "Evening Patriot", "Eastern Graphic" and document the island celebrations and activities during the centennial year.

The fonds contains an accounts ledger, inscribed "Ledger D" which records the legal work done and the charges made for the lawyer's clients, most of whom are identified as living in Kings County communities.

Noticeable residents of Charlottetown including Francis Longworth and Daniel Hodgson are also listed as patrons of this store.

This fonds consists of six bound ledgers/daybooks (1877, 1881-1886, 1889-1899, 1910) belonging to the Apothecaries Hall - Hughes Drug Co. The books contain the date, name of customer, transaction amount, transaction number, and item(s) purchased, as well as additional instructions about prescriptions purchased.

This fonds consists of a report, with an emphasis on the prehistoric period, which reviews recent local developments in archaeology, discusses educational implications and legislation, and makes organizational, program and educational recommendations and suggestions. Also included is a draft proposal for a provincial Archaeological Investigations Act.

The fonds consists of textual photographs and material with accompanying documentation donated to the Archives Committee of the ANPEI. These include eight certificates and forty-two photographs of graduates of the PEI Hospital School of Nursing, newspaper clippings (1963-1990), correspondence (1981-1986), committee reports, documentation of items donated to the Archives Committee of the ANPEI, and information about the people who donated them. A short history of the organization and registration of nurses on PEI, a brochure of the Prince County Hospital, as well as information concerning the establishing of a nurses Baccalaureate program at UPEI are also contained in the fonds.

This fonds consists of a volume containing household accounts as well as accounts with various individuals. In the latter case indication is rarely given as to the reason for the amount listed. The volume also contains a brief diary (Jan-April 1914) kept by Harriet Dickieson in which she notes her daily activities such as cleaning, sewing, making butter and soap as well as visits to and from neighbours, activities of her children, church and community happenings. a few pages include "New Glasgow notes".

This fonds consists of 25 black and white photographs, 6 colour photographs, greeting cards and a postcard of Maritime Central Airways personnel, planes and travelers. Personnel photographs are identified on verso.

The fonds consists of contact prints and negatives produced from original glass plate negatives taken by Arthur Newbery. The images are mostly of Ella Newbery and her three young daughters, sometimes formally posed, other times at play. There are exterior and interior shots of the Newbery residence at 11 Haviland Street. Arthur Newbery and Susan Malcolm appear in some of the images as do members of the related Croskill and MacEachern families. Five of the images are of the iceboat service taken on 5 March 1885. Also included in the fonds are photocopies of newspaper clippings,etc. containing genealogical data re. the Newbery family.
