The collection consists of photographs of the North West Mounted Police (NWMP) station at Gold Bottom, the Royal North West Mounted Police (RNWMP) station on the Yukon River, and scenes from Dawson City, including the Minto and Third Avenue Hotels, a May 24th street scene, sternwheelers Casca and Selkirk, and the interior of St. Andrew's Church. The postcards, published by Dawson Arts Craft in the 1970s, are 1898 scenes of the stampeders' campground in Dawson City and a mining operation on Bonanza Creek. Some of the photographs were taken by Ellingsen. The ca. 1960 colour photograph is a group of Officers of the Eastern Star with Kay Campbell as the Worshipful Mistress.

The collection consists of copies of photographs and textual material from the Atlin Historical Society in Atlin, B.C. The majority of the photographs are of Atlin and the surrounding area. The collection has been arranged in the following five series: Series 1: Atlin photographs, 1900-1960. Series 2: Tugwell and Dunlop photographs, 1898-1937. Series 3: Herman Peterson collection, 1940-1984. Series 4: Obituary Book, 197-. Series 5: Nolan papers, 1951-1956. Series 1 is mostly photographs taken by Atlin residents. Subjects include individuals and families, businesses, Tlingit activities, mines and mining, buildings and scenery at Atlin, as well as photographs of Whitehorse and Dawson City, Yukon, Bennett and Log Cabin, 1900-1960. Series 2 is from albums belonging to Thomas and Lilly Tugwell and Mrs. Dunlop of Atlin. The photographs are the work of a number of professional and amateur photographers and include communities and events, buildings, portraits, interiors, and various subjects associated with the Gold Rush, 1898-1937. Series 3 is the Herman Peterson Collection of photographs. Peterson was a pilot and owner of a flying service in Atlin. The series consists of photographs of airplanes and views in Atlin and Carcross, 1940-1984. Series 4 is an Obituary Book compiled by the Atlin Historical Society. Series 5 is a collection of pieces of correspondence probably from the John Nolan papers.

The collection consists of photocopies of material collected by Dale Stedman about his grandfather Frank Stedman's trip over the Chilkoot Pass and down to Dawson City, Yukon, including excerpts from "The Famous and Not So Famous", Verndale Historical Society, various obituaries and a text by Dale Stedman recounting his grandfather's stories of his trip to the Klondike.

Marie, Dawson" - copy of Report made to Mother M. Melanie, Provincial of Sisters of St. Anne on Jan. 13, 1917. The collection also consists of photocopies of various reports on the Catholic Church in the Yukon, focusing mainly on Dawson City.
