This collection consists of textual and graphic material belonging to Francis P. and Stella M. Hennessey of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and their family.

The collection contains a transcription of deaths from the diaries of Lauretta (Machon) Brooks. The alphabetical list, spanning the years 1918-1962, includes the name of the individual and their age, date, and place of death. Some entries also include additional notes made by Lauretta. The transcript was created by Anne (Nosworthy) Brooks in 2002.

This item is an 1852 copy of "The fourteenth annual report of the Prince Edward Island Auxiliary Bible Society, instituted at Charlottetown, December 13, 1837; with a list of subscribers and benefactors". It was published by James Douglas Haszard, Queen Square.

This collection includes an 1898 contract between the Reverend Ralph Brecken and Mrs. Jessie Brecken of Sackville, New Brunswick and the Prince Edward Island Hospital, specifying the conditions for donating land for a general hospital on Kensington Road in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. An 1871 plan of the Kensington Road property, referred to in the 1898 contract, also is included in the collection. The collection contains a 1931 report to the Building Committee of the PEI New Hospital from the delegates appointed to select an architect and gather information regarding plans and equipment for the proposed New Hospital. Also included in the collection is a 1933 copy of a lease and a resulting 1936 contract of sale between the Prince Edward Island Hospital and the Province of Prince Edward Island for a portion of the Kensington Road land. This collection contains a photograph album of the construction of the Prince Edward Island Hospital on Brighton Road. The photographs date from September through November of 1932.

This collection consists of four items: an undated newspaper clipping of the Dundas Plowing Match [ca. 195-?], an invoice for services received by a Mrs. MacGregor during a stay at the Prince Edward Island Hospital (1908), an account or invoice for James Gorveatt's stay at the Prince Edward Island Hospital (1953), and an Eaton's Christmas sale flyer [ca. 195-?].

The collection consists of four identified photographs. The image of Hedley Lesorde was taken by A. G. Walford of Montreal, Quebec. The remaining three images were taken by Prince Edward Island photographers. The photograph of Gertrude and Amy Frizzell (ca. 1882) was taken by Clark & Bowness of Summerside, the image of Dr. McNally (ca. 1890s) was taken at the Bowness Studio in Summerside, and the image of Rev. James W. McKenzie (ca. 1877-1881) was taken by photographer C. (Cyrus) Lewis of Charlottetown.

The collection consists five account books (1920-1930) from Reddin Bros. Drug Store on Richmond Street in Charlottetown, as well as a sixth account book (1882-1892) which may have also come from the same company which was founded by Dennis O'Meara Reddin, Jr. in 1882. The collection also includes a list of charter members of an unidentified club dated 1966. Although the name of the club is not given, the illustrations indicate it was likely a curling organization. Finally, the collection contains three photographs, including one of a military band (n. d.), the West Kent Football Team Interscholastic Champions (1928), and the Charlottetown Driving Park (1948).

The collection consists of two images (three photographs). The first is of the Johnston/McFarlane home and warehouse in Annandale ca. 1860s copied from an ambrotype. The second image is that of a ship under construction at the Annandale wharf ca. 1860s copied from a tintype. There are two photographs of this image, including one in which the image is reversed.

This collection consists of a sketch, specifications and blueprints prepared by architect J. E. Harris for alterations and additions to York United Church, York, Prince Edward Island, in 1928.

The collection consists of five letters written to Ella Clark between 13 February 1877 and 31 October 1878. The letters were written by Ella Clark's friends and family from Prince Edward Island, including Bruce Leitch, W. D. Coffin, and Alfred Clarke.
