The fonds consists of photocopied materials, personal notes, transcripts, personal correspondence and historical correspondence. The fonds is divided into three series: Research files, audio materials and research index cards.

Fonds consists of materials that document the personal and professional activities of Abraham Rogatnick, and includes handwritten notes and notebooks on historical and architectural subjects, index cards, typewritten speeches, personal writings, correspondence, and photographs. There are four series: Notes and Architectural Sketches, Photographs, Notebooks and Binders, and Personal Materials and Writing.

The Gary Lee-Nova fonds is comprised of 20 notebooks that contain sketches, journal entries, mixed media creations, correspondence, notes on art techniques and personal artwork, and information related to exhibitions that have been created by Lee-Nova. Moreover, there are a large quantity of photographs including Polaroids of his work from the Harold Adams Innis and Herbert Marshall McLuhan Memorial Sculpture Exhibit; photographs from his work with Art City to build a kiosk and transport it to various areas in Vancouver; and a series of colour photographs from his exhibit work titled “Different points of view on some properties of media: Harold Adams Innis and Herbert Marshall McLuhan Memorial Sculpture”; and finally an acetate photograph booklet representing an art project by Lee-Nova. This fonds also contains material kept by Lee-Nova such as an article in Vancouver Magazine, an exhibition catalogue from the Glenbow Alberta Institute, and a poetry newsletter published by Vancouver monthly.

The records within the Letia Richardson’s Charles H. Scott research fonds are comprised of Charles H. Scott’s primary and secondary source records she acquired in order to complete a book. The fonds is comprised of sketchbooks, notebooks, short stories, correspondence, newspaper clippings, exhibition and art gallery catalogues, and graphic records related to Charles H. Scott’s work. The fonds also consists of research and notes from Letia Richardson related to the writing of the book about Charles H. Scott. Moreover, the fonds is comprised of textual and photographic records from the Glasgow School of Art and the Vancouver School of Art; two institutions where Charles H. Scott either attended or helped found throughout his lifetime.

Fonds consists of textual and audiovisual material related to David Suzuki’s professional work. It includes notes and manuscripts of several of his book, including "From Pebbles to Computers" and "Sciencescape" and copies of and correspondence relating to his articles published by "The Globe and Mail", the Southam News Syndicate and "Science Dimension" in the 1980s. It also includes correspondence relating to his professional work, his broadcasting and literary career, his work in the Department of Zoology at UBC, and research materials, information and correspondence regarding various associations to which Suzuki belonged or had dealings. It also includes recordings of Dr. David Suzuki’s "Discovery" and Dr. Suzuki’s "Equinox" from 1983-1990 and video recordings of some episodes of "The Nature of Things" from 1994, and copies of his speeches from 1985-2009.

The fonds consists mainly of poetry that Dr. Morris Levine wrote over the years. Also intermixed with the poetry is some general correspondence, family correspondence, some work records, and a partial draft of a personal memoir.

The fonds is arranged into one series: Poems. All files are kept in their original order and do not appear to follow any chronological or alphabetical order. All files are simply titled ‘Poems’.

Collection consists primarily of event programmes and calendars published to promote various performing arts productions at UBC. Also included are companion guides for some theatre productions. Materials are arranged in three categories: Theatre Productions, Musical Productions, and Performing Arts – General. Within each category the materials are organized by department, organization, or production series.

Fonds consists of issues of the Film Society newsletter the “Daily Crimes” (1965-1966), an informational pamphlet about the Society (1968), and programmes published by Cinema 16 (originally a subsidiary of the Society) and the Vancouver Film Society (1965-1966).

Fonds consists of UBC course notes, written and organized by Ronald Seal for classes that he taught at UBC in Industrial Arts Teacher Training. Interspersed with these materials are Seal’s personal notes from his teacher training at the Normal School in Victoria in the 1930s.

The fonds consists of signed menus and meeting notices (1960-1972), membership lists (1961-1970), correspondence (1961-1977), undated poems written by Roy Daniells about Radish members, and miscellaneous documents.
