The fonds consists of biographical material that documents Robinsonʹs distinguished career, his publications, as well as information about the historical development of UBCʹs Department of Geography.

Fonds consists of photocopies of the wills of Emily Carr (1945) and Ira Dilworth (1954), regarding the ownership of Carrʹs copyright. The fonds also includes correspondence (1967‐1983) from artist Gordon Smith addressed to John Parnall and his family, as well as printed material regarding Smith.

The fonds consists of scrapbooks constructed by members of the Theta Chapter of the Phrateres and from some of the sub-chapters to document their activities. Scrapbooks are composed of clippings, pamphlets, photographs, and drawings relating to various charitable and social events sponsored by the organization. The records also include minutes from Theta Chapter and Presidents' and Social Reports. Other materials include membership lists, a guest book for an alumni tea, and handbooks for the UBC Theta Chapter and for the University of Washington chapter.
