The fonds consists of the applications to and deliberations of the City's Alberta '75 Municipal Anniversary Committee about grants for suitable projects to mark the provincial anniversary in 1980.

The Alberta College fonds consists of personal, academic and administrative material relating to all aspects of the life of Alberta College in Edmonton, from the foundation of the school in 1903, to the transfer of the College's operational control to the provincial government of Alberta in 2000. Most of the material is academic and administrative in nature and predominantly spans the years 1950 to 1970. The material includes meeting agendas and minutes; correspondence; contracts, applications and other administrative material; financial records and ledgers; reports; student evaluations and records; calendars and yearbooks; diplomas and certificates; newspapers and periodicals; manuals and books; programmes and pamphlets; advertisements and other printed matter; architectural drawings and blueprints; scrapbooks; trophies and awards; printing plates; audio and video tapes; film; pennants and crests; buttons and pins; money and other artifacts; and photographs and slides.

The fonds consists of accounting records from Fort Edmonton 1879-1884, a daily journal from the trading post at Victoria Settlement (now Pakan), copies of plans for Fort Edmonton, photographs of the official opening of Fort Edmonton Park, 1967, the winning Fort Edmonton model and builder, York boats and Red River carts.

The collection consists of two copies of the Edmonton Bulletin, September 8, 1887 and August 8, 1888.

The fonds consists of a copy of "Sixty Years Young - The Story of McKay Avenue School", as compiled by Mr. Sinclair. The manuscript tells the development of the Edmonton School District No. 7, McKay Avenue School, and the general area. Several newspaper clippings are also included. The oil painting titled "Gold Washing" depicts 3 miners working the grizzley on the river (gold mining).

The fonds consists of a program of the opening of L.Y. Cairns Vocational School and miscellaneous receipts in the name of Euclid N. Paradis, L'Amoureux, AB and Joseph Paradis, of St. Boniface, MB, and of Edmonton, AB. Several photographs are catalogued separately under EA-357.

The fonds consists of records of the restoration of Edmonton Radial Railway Street Car Number 1, various technical drawings, manuals and catalogues and an photograph album from the Edmonton Transportation System.
