This fonds consists primarily of the administrative records of the New Brunswick Teachers' Association. It includes minutes of the NBTA Executive Committee meetings (1919-1968), of the NBTA Annual General meetings (1922-1978), and of the NBTA and New Brunswick Teachers' Federation Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings (1969-1977).There are also copies of reports and briefs (1958-1966); a partial membership list (1919-1920); and copies of several publications, including "Association Activities" (1971), "Nouvelles NBTA/NBTA News" (1969-1971, 1996), "NBTA Newsletter" (1963-1966), "Educational Review" (1889-1970), "Manuel de la NBTA" (1967), and the Association Subject Council publications (1967-1983).

Also included is a copy of Eric D. MacKenzie's 1971 UNB master of education thesis, "The Historical Development of the New Brunswick Teachers' Association" and a copy of A. M. Anderson's 1946 essay, "A History of the New Brunswick Teachers' Association."

The extent of archival material on each of the organizations varies from only a few sheets to many folders or boxes. Many records suffered the same fate as many of the Synagogue records, being burned in a fire in 1933.

• Ezra Lodge Habonim - minute books, membership records, correspondence, and dinner programs
• State of Israel Bonds - correspondence, dinner programs and bond certificates
• Jewish National Fund - receipts and certificates for donations.
• Young Judaea - minutes, newsletters, general information, and personal memorabilia
• Canadian Jewish Congress / The Hebrew War Council. - minute book, newspaper clippings
• B'nai B'rith - booklets, membership lists, newspaper clippings
• Jewish War Veterans of Canada – most holdings from the national organization. Local activities make up a very small proportion of the material available.

This fonds consists of minute books of annual meetings, cash books, secretary-treasurer's account book, and a dues book, all covering almost the entire period, 1890-1947. There is also material about the Dental Act and legislative bills and amendments.

Fonds reflects the administration of Loyal Orange County Lodge of Nipissing East and its governance of the district and primary Orange lodges within its jurisdiction. Fonds contains minute books (arranged into a series), attendance books, a dues book, and a list of past County Masters.

The fonds consists of a minute book, 1894-1901, containing lists of active members with some addresses. Names are listed by vocal range such as sopranos and altos and also by year. There is information about musical performances with dates and locations and the names of the executive. A few programmes, printed annual reports and a small number of accounts are included.

This fonds includes the Club's Rules and Regulations, information on and results of challenge races and sailings for the years 1895; 1897; 1898; and 1899. Racing reports, names of boats and owners listed, and minutes of meetings are included as well as letters of resignation to the club over disciplinary conduct and disqualification of boats.

This fonds contains the minute book of the St. John Pilot's Club for 1895-1897. There is also a scrapbook of press clippings about an inquiry into pilotage dues in the port of Saint John in 1895. The inquiry was held before Captain Smith and Captain Douglas.

Fonds consists of a minute book for the Fort Steele School Board from 1892-1933. Minutes include financial reports.

This fonds consists of 5 record books kept by Robert B. Hillmer concerning his watchmaking and jewellery business. In the books, Mr. Hillmer recorded watch inventories (1899), as well as job numbers, client name, work requested and price. Item List: Watch Repair Book 1910 - 1913; Watch Repair Book 1924 - 1934; Watch Repair Book 1936 - 1954; Watch Repair Record book, 1913 - 1924; and Watch Repair Record book 1898-1910. The fonds also includes a Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Canada certificate appointing Robert Benjamin Hillmer to the office of Grand Superintendent of Huron District No. 6, February 28, 1918.
