Collection consists of posters designed by Will Munro for events organized by him at various venues in downtown Toronto. Posters employ a variety of media and processes, including silkscreen and photocopies. Some of these posters were featured in Will Munro: Total Eclipse, July 31 – September 26, 2010, part of the Toronto Now series of exhibitions at the AGO. Silk-screening of many of the posters was carried out by Michael Comeau.

The fonds consists of digital photographs selected and scanned by the Hollyburn Heritage Society. The photographs relate to people, places, and events on Hollyburn Ridge. Catalog of an exhibition held at the Confederation Centre art Gallery and Museum in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, April 6-May 18, 1997. Catalog written by Edward MacDonald includes a portfolio of reproductions of 2 paintings by Fanny Amelia Bayfield and 3 chromolithographs by Henry Buckton Laurence. Biographies of the two artists are by Ruth McKenzie and Mark Holton respectively.

This collection consists of copies of newspaper articles, a biography, and a citation relating to Edwin Johnstone.

The collection consists of eighteen transcribed letters dated 1927 to 1934. The earliest letters were written by Neil and Ada McLeod to their son William and his wife Alice about their daily lives in Summerside as well as an account of a trip to England, Scotland, and continental Europe in 1928. There are also letters written by Neil following Ada's death and several letters written by William's brothers Neil, Norman, and Donald. Included with the letters are transcribed obituaries for both Neil and Ada McLeod and annotations about the family written by Frank McLeod.

The collection consists of 5 images of John MacLean, the Charlottetown Hose Team (1901)which includes two Teed brothers, a violin class which includes Thelma Teed, C. D. Rankin's drugstore, and a class at the Charlottetown Technical School 1923/24.

The University Health Network ephemera collection is an assembly of material that have been accumulated by the UHN Archives from a variety of disparate sources including, but not limited to, family members of former staff or students, other repositories, or anonymous donations. Collection consists of publications and reports. Material in the collection relates to the history of the University Health Network.

This accession consists of one photograph of the executive of the Prince Edward Island Arts Society executive. There is partial identification of the individuals as follows: Back row l-r: Eleanor Lowe, Freda Breelman, ? MacKay, ? Taylor, Ruth Barlow, ? Taylor, ?; Front row l-r: ? Matheson, Jean Jones, Mrs. Bayfield Ellis. The photograph was owned by Jean Jones, a member of the executive of the Prince Edward Island Arts Society. The photographer is unknown and there is no indication of the occasion on which the photograph was taken.

The collection consists of a memoir written in 1999 and data collected by Richard H. Yamanaka concerning the history of Japanese people in Prince Rupert from 1907 to 1942. It includes 2 computer discs and an eight-page copy of his memoir. There are also 5 photographs of Japanese people in Prince Rupert and the interior of Yamanaka's Grocery Store on 3rd Avenue West.
