File consists of four (4) patches from various hockey tournaments and teams held by the Port Hope Beaver Athletic Assocation, 1963-1967. It includes: (1) Port Hope Beaver Athletic, 1963-64; (2) Port Hope "Jr. A" All Stars B.A.A., 64-65; (3) T.M.H.A. Squirt Tournament "B" Champs Runners Up, 1965; (4) Port Hope Beaver Athletic, 1966-67.

The fonds consists of records of the Grande Prairie Ski Club and Wapiti Ski Lifts Ltd. The two organizations are closely linked and some of the records are inseparable. Records include minutes, financial records, correspondence, lists of members and contributors, ski lift plans, a ski school photograph, and Canadian Ski Patrol manual.

The fonds is divided into three series: Grande Prairie Ski Club, Wapiti Ski Lifts Ltd., and Canadian Ski Patrol.

The order of the files was imposed by the Archivist in an attempt to separate the Ski Club records from those of Wapiti Ski Lifts Ltd., as much as possible. The original order within files was maintained in some cases, although loose documents and miscellaneous documents within other files were inserted in the file the suited them best. The correspondence was also compiled into one file and organized in reverse chronological order.

The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, financial records, ledgers, membership lists, government reports, photographs and ephemera and objects relating to the activities of the Milo & District Agricultural Society and its various Committees.

Series consists of programs for the League’s annual banquets (1961-1974), a rule book (1974), and posters containing information about the history of bowling and of the League, and about the trophies awarded to League members.

The fonds consists of photographs, memorabilia, and other material accumulated by Jim Stapleton during his time at Waterloo Lutheran University. Also contains a photograph of Coach Stapleton and the 1973 Oxford-Elgin High School football team. It is arranged in the following series: Photographs, Memorabilia, Keystones.

The fonds consists of two articles about the history of the Richmond Hill Golf Club by Isabel Campbell and Cay Humphrey, a 1988 Golf Events Calendar, and 17 scrapbooks created by the Ladies of the Richmond Hill Golf and Country Club from 1961 to 1967, and the Ladies of the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club from 1967 to 2004. The scrapbooks contain news clippings about the ladies draws and tournaments as well as other activities, the expansion of the golf course, junior and men’s golfing, general news about activities at the Golf and Country Clubs, and regular columns which appeared in the Grande Prairie Herald-Tribune. There are also a few newsletters from the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club and, beginning in 1976, a few photographs. In the 1980s, minutes of club meetings are being added to the scrapbooks as well as tournament programs and mementos from trips made by the Ladies Club. The records are consistent through the 1990s, but sporadic from 1999 to 2005.
