The fonds consists of the records of the PEI Chapter of Professional Secretaries International from 1974-1997. The fonds has been divided into the following series:

Series 1: Minutes
Series 2: Annual reports
Series 3: Administrative files
Series 4: Activities
Series 5: Professional Secretaries International head body
Series 6: Scrapbooks, clippings, etc.

The fonds consists of two volumes of financial records of the O'Leary Baptist Senior Women's Missionary Society for the period 1977 to 1998. In addition to financial information, these books contain some membership lists and members' dates of death, as well as a note explaining the group's decision to disband due to poor attendance in 1998.

The fonds consists of a minute book for the North West Prince Area Women's Institute District #2 for the period 1979-1990. The book includes minutes of executive planning meetings and minutes of the annual district convention proceedings. The fonds also includes some Institute attendance records, an undated report on agriculture, fishing and forestry, and executive member lists for the 1996 and 1997 district conventions.

This fonds consists of incorporation papers, annual reports, Board meeting minutes, briefs, submissions and presentations, reports, "Common Ground" issues, publications and newspaper clippings.

This fonds consists of a minute book belonging to the Ebenezer Women's Institute for the period 1981-1999. The minute book documents the group's regular meetings and includes some correspondence, membership, and financial information.

This fonds consists of five minute books which detail the activities and accounts of the Birch Grove Women's Institute of Freetown from their first meeting in February 1932 to June of 1975. The minutes document monthly and annual meetings. Financial information is recorded within the body of the minutes as are lists of those serving on committees.

This fonds is comprised of microfilmed copies and photocopies of the records of various entities of Presbyterial United Church Women of Prince Edward Island for the time period 1885 to 1990. Included are the minute books of congregational groups and the provincial organization; as well as records of the organizations which predated the United Church Women, such as: the Women's Missionary Society, the Ladies Aid Society, and the Women's Association. The minutes and annual reports detail the activities of the local and provincial groups and include: membership lists and roll calls, officer's reports, financial statements, and the minutes of regular and annual meetings. Annual reports and a treasurer's book are also included in the fonds. Records of specific congregations include Cornwall, Kingston, New Dominion, Hunter River, Long River, Margate, Spring Park, Kingston, Mount Stewart, Cavendish, Cape Traverse, Valleyfield, Freetown, O'Leary, Bloomfield, Cherry Valley, Vernon River, and Stanhope.

This fonds consists of microfilmed copies of the minute books and financial records of the Order of the Eastern Star in Kensington, PEI, from its inception in 1955 to 1994. Also included in the fonds are two copies of the book "History of Regent Chapter No. 52, Order of the Eastern Star: 50 Years, 1956-2006".

The fonds consists of the following four volumes of minutes and rolls of the United Church Women of St. James Church in Souris: December 1965 - June 1972; September 1972 - April 1975; May 1975 - December 1978; and January 1979 - November 1983.
