The fonds consists of the records and documents of the Lytton Water Supply Company Ltd., from 1911-1930, 1940 and 1947. Includes company minutes and financial records which outline the company's internal administration and community activities. The last minutes in this book are dated June 6, 1930, and this is the only book which has surfaced so far. This book also includes the list of shareholders and their 'shares' history, and the list of directors from Nov. 6, 1914 to 1949.

Also included are records relating to insurance and legal indentures, personal records such as correspondence. Many of the records are handwritten and offer a glimpse into the life and times of Pete Casorso, Kelowna pioneer, farmer and businessman. on contents.
