World War One Diary Information Card

Consists of an information card found inside an envelope which Wilbur (Bill) P. Baulch's diary was inside of. This information card was written and signed by W.P. Baulch. The following is written on the card "This envelope contains my diary of my service Overseas. Handwritten 1914-1917 W.P. Baulch #940 C.A.M.C." It is dated June 27 (in pen) (no year) and is signed in pen by W.P. Baulch. Some of the other text is in pen, some typed, some crossed out.

Series consists of two ledgers containing an alphabetical record of registration fees made by students, showing their recept number, standing year, and fees for registration, tuition, student fees, and the cautionary fund, and the balance of their account. The later ledger also includes a list of those registered in a summer conference in 1918, showing name and address.

File consists of records compiled by the Edwin Loftus, Secretary of the Wesley College Board, on behalf of several administrative bodies of Wesley College: the Board, the Executive Board, the Finance Committee, and the Investment Committee. Records include financial reports; correspondence among College faculty and Board members, and with the Methodist Church or other parties; minutes of the administrative bodies' meetings; and the documents and reports compiled for use at the meetings. Records reflect a wide spectrum of College business. Series is arranged into six files, which reflect the Investment and Finance Committees respectively and several more, sorted chronologically, for the Board.

Includes tenders for construction, property leases, annual lists of expenditures for building furnishings and maintenance, wages and salaries, equipment purchases, insurance, and correspondence related to enrolment and professor salaries. Series is arranged into four files: the first three files have no distinct order, and the fourth file primarily concerns professor salaries, enrolment, and the College Board.

Series consists of the correspondence of the Lantern Slide Department of Manitoba College, which kept a library of magic lantern slides and equipment for rental primarily to church groups. The slides covered geography, history, world cultures, and missionary work in Canada and around the world. The correspondence, both outgoing in copy and incoming, is between the College's distributor, Presbytarian Publications, concerning orders for slides and lanterns; and with patrons of the College's rental media and equipment. Series is arranged into Incoming and Outgoing, respectively, and sorted chronologically within each category.

Series consists of images depicting stages in the development of the Manitoba Medical College campus from the late nineteenth-century to the present University of Manitoba Bannatyne campus. Specific architectural images found in this series include: the Manitoba Medical College pathology and anatomy buildings, the medical library, the Chown and Basic Medical Sciences buildings, Cadham Provincial Laboratory, local hospitals, in addition to other Winnipeg architecture as it relates to the University of Manitoba Faculty of Medicine.
