Also includes the documents in PDF format on CD-ROM and 3.5" floppy disks. Photokey plans are of the basement, first floor, second floor and roof, and exterior of the building. Photographs reflect all ares of the theatre from machinery to interior fixtures and roof and chimney.

Report examines the samples of paint taken from the Capitol Theatre and in detail categorizes, numbers and highlights the numbers on images of the interior and exterior. Condition reports are given on specific ares of the theatre based on the paint/colour samples gathered.
