File consists of the documentation related to the restoration of the Canadian Northern Railway station, Hope Street, Port Hope. It contains mostly correspondence and legal documents.

Item is a map which shows the procession for the funeral of Col. A. T. H. Williams on 21 Jul 1885. The route is marked in red. It appears the casket left the Midland Railway Station, went across Augusta Street to Queen Street, west on Walton Street to Brown Street across Bedford to St. John's Anglican Church on Pine Street North and back to Walton Street and across Toronto Road to St. John's Anglican Cemetery where he was buried.

File consists of papers and correspondence between the Town of Port Hope (now Municipality of Port Hope), Canadian National Railway, Hogan Restorations, Architect Howard Walkers and lawyers, 1981-1985. All correspondence related to the restoration of the CNR station. It also includes an invitation to the opening on 7 Dec 1985 and the invitation list.

Donation consists of one (1) uniform shirt, and one (1) uniform sash originally belonging to a member of the 1st Port Hope Cub Scout Unit, c. 2005. Both the sash and shirt contain patches and badges both from the personal interest and program sections of the book.

File consists of one (1) document registered at the registry office for the Port Hope Mechanics Institute. The document outlines the purpose of the Institute and it's chartered members.

Items are a "Discharged" and a "Registered" perforating machines once used at the old Land Registry Office of East Durham. Both machines are Cummins No. 15 Perforating Machines; Cummins Perforating Co., Chicago and New York.

Series consists of papers related to the running of the Dominion Day (or Calithumpian) Parade by the Port Hope Kinsmen Club, 1958-1970. It includes: Newspaper Clippings, Agendas, Programmes (1958, 1960, 1961, 1970), Notebooks, Plans, Event Flyers, and a Name Tag Ribbon.

Series has been arranged into three (3) files of records related to the administration department of Dr. M.S. Hawkins Senior Public School. It includes: (1) Handbooks & Newsletters; (2) Certificates & Programmes; (3) Minutes & Ledgers (Teachers' Institute & Association), dated between 1928 and 1997.
