Fonds consists of an album created by former UBC student Arthur Evan Boss. It contains over 560 small black and white photographs of which approximately the first half relate to UBC and were taken between 1917 and 1924. The 232 UBC images include many views of students and student life at the original Fairview campus. As well as posed individual shots of students, there are many photographs of various student activities including the annual class picnic. Although there is limited duplication of images already in the Archives, the photographs are, for the most part, unique and a large majority of them have captions with enough information for identifying individuals. Images in the second half of the album are largely undescribed and undated, and do not seem to relate to UBC.

Records relating to all aspects of Directors' activities in the course of the daily operations of the Vancouver Art Gallery.

In the early years, the director/curator dealt with all and any aspects of the gallery (from the purchase of a vacuum cleaner, to the presentation of modern art). The involvement in all these activities in the daily operations of the Gallery is reflected in these records.

Fonds is arranged into two series: Series 1 - Chelm Cultural Club film file; Series 2 - Chelm Cultural Club administrative files and publicity.

Fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, conference proceedings, office files, orders of service, publicity materials, photographs, VHS recordings, scrapbooks and 2 banners.

The collection contains materials generated by Vincent Trasov relating to the Mr. Peanut character in general and to the 1974 mayoralty campaign and materials generated by others relating to the same subject. The collection contains predominantly graphic materials in the form of ephemera (cards, placemats, stationary, and the like) as well as objects such as ceramic peanuts and a commemorative plate.

The collection consists of audio and moving image recordings of performances by Al Neil and various musical ensembles that performed with him (Al Neil Trio, Al Neil Jazz Probe, Al Neil Quartet, and solo efforts). They include performances at the Vancouver School of Art, Simon Fraser University, The Western Front and others. The performances date from 1962 through 1989, although this collection contains CD and DVD copies (not the original recordings).<br>

These copies were produced as part of the Al Neil Project, a 2005 collaborative effort between the Morris and Helen Belkin Art Gallery, New Orchestra Workshop, Coastal Jazz and Blues Society and the grunt gallery.

The fonds consists of records generated by Russell FitzGerald during the course of his adult life and includes journals, sketchbooks, art reproductions and originals, slides and photos.

Fonds consists of 3.04 meters of textua, photographic and other material created or collected by artist Glenn Lewis. Consists of records pertaining to and reflecting Lewis' travels, employment, study, artist collectives and associations, and artistic projects from 1950 to 2007. Records consist of photographic materials (prints, slides and negatives), journals/day-planners, postcards, letters, lecture notes, manuscripts, articles, notes and miscellaneous writings, published books and catalogues, exhibit pamphlets and brochures, grant and commission information, legal documents, artwork and drawings, 1 CD and 1 DVD, and 3 ceramic pieces.

Fonds consists of annual reports, budgets, meeting minutes, policies, correspondence, court records, proposals, research reports, publications, and subject files generated by SPEC in the course of carrying out its functions and activities.

Fonds consists of records relating to the operation of Brock House Society. Record types include correspondence, financial records, agreements and legal documents, certificates, newspaper clippings, reports, agendas, memorandums, newsletters, meeting minutes, and case files attached to specific committees. There are procedural manuals, permits and licenses, invitations, a constitution, application forms for grants and nominees for the B.C. Senior Award, which include resumes or curricula vitae and letters of recommendation. A few records and a photograph album, which belonged to the Brock family, were retained by the Brock House Society.
