There are school board meeting videotapes and various papers from the Edmonton Catholic School Board 1989-1992 and the City of Edmonton Names Advisory Committee, as well as, two commemorative books for the Edmonton Catholic Schools' Centenary 1988; Words on Wings: and Anthology of Student Writing and a Heritage for the Future Edmonton Catholic School District 1888-1988: a Century of Images. A later accrual is an eighty-eight page typed manuscript, "Donald Ross, Raconteur and Entrepreneur".

The fonds consists of two scrapbooks relating to John Fry's political career, one "token of esteem" book from Edmonton City employees, and one souvenir book of George VI's visit to Canada. The material was created between 1930 and 1946.

Signals; A History of the Northwest Territories and Yukon Radio System 1923 to 1960</i>; <i>North Radio Service</i> has colorful history by Ron Hayter; and <i>The Khaki Telco commercial activities of the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals 1923-1959</i>; and three photographs which are catalogued separately.
