Peterborough Lumber Company fonds

Reginald V. Leggett fonds

Fonds consisting of Leading Stoker Reginald Leggett's "War Time Log" which documents his experiences as a prisoner of war (POW) during World War Two. The log contains: original correspondence; striking watercolours, along with pen and ink sketches rendered by Leggett and fellow prisoners, that depict naval ships and life in the POW camp; Department of National Defense telegrams and documents; photographs; an account by Leggett of his life in the camp; some postcards and clippings.
