This sub-series consists of registers created and maintained daily by teachers to record the attendance of students in the Victoria School. Information in these registers includes teachers' names, students' names, reasons for absence, and aggregate statistical information on class absences.

Sub-series consists of public library annual reports. Included in this sub-series are annual operating reports, financial reports, annual grant applications and Dominion Bureau of Statistics labour surveys. These records demonstrate the Guelph Public Library's accountability to the City, governing provincial ministries and funding agencies for the funds received and services provided.

Included in this series are the recording of meeting dates, places and times, items discussed, resolutions passed and related correspondence. These records document the mandate of the Board of Health to direct public health policy and practices in the City of Guelph.

Series consists of one bound volume of meeting minutes of the Water Works Committee for the period of 1896 to 1903. Included in this series are committee recommendations for the establishment of water rates, management of the Water Works plant, including the purchase of supplies and payment for labour, laying of water pipe throughout the city, account payments, water meter readings, tenders for water and sewage work, water treatment and filtration, protection of Guelph's water sources and reservoirs and committee correspondence. These records document the role of the committee in managing the Guelph's water system.

Series consists of Ontario Curling Association Annuals (OCA). Included in the annuals are the bylaws of the association, lists of clubs associated with the Ontario Curling Association, when particular clubs in Ontario were established, competition rules, and in some cases, statements of revenue and expenditures for the association. Also included are illustrations showing highlights of curling in Ontario. The Guelph Union Curling Club was featured in some of these illustrations.

Series consists of minute books of the Guelph Curling Club including minutes of regular, special committee meetings as well as minutes for the Board of Directors of the Victoria Rink Limited. In addition, the minute book for [1898] - [1907?] contains financial statements and newspaper clippings for the above period.
