Materials relate to Creighton's education, career and long-time interest in forestry, but also include some materials relating to family history.

Fonds consists of materials created or collected by Dr. John F. Godfrey while he was a professor at Dalhousie University and President and Vice-Chancellor at the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Material consists of correspondence, course material, lecture notes, videocassettes, shooting scripts and research for History 100 videos, manuscripts, notes, printed material of local history and locations, and meeting minutes and memos from committees, the Faculty of Arts and Science, and the History Department at Dalhousie University.

Fonds consists of a wide variety of materials related to the personal life and professional activities of David Braybrooke. Records include personal materials such as biographical information, curricula vitae, financial records, personal correspondence, school records and memorabilia; records related to committees and associations such as meeting reports, professional correspondence and transcripts of speeches; publications by Braybrooke and others; research documentation and manuscripts; and teaching materials including lecture transcripts, examinations, assignments and student correspondence.

Fonds consists of papers created and/or accumulated by Catherine Creighton and her family, including those of her husband Graham and children Edith, Anna, Lois, Frieda, and Howard. While the fonds includes correspondence from Wilfred Creighton to his siblings and parents, Wilfred's papers are not included as a sous-fonds within the fonds.

The bulk of the fonds consists of correspondence from family and friends, but also includes diaries, photographs, financial papers, personal papers, memorabilia, print materials, scrapbooks, articles, and artwork. Records in the fonds provide a well-rounded depiction of the family's daily activities and lives - from their relationships with each other, their extended family, and their community, to their financial status, values, education, and careers.

Fonds consists of records that document every aspect of Neptune Theatre as an organization, including various textual records and graphic and audio-visual material pertaining to productions, events, personnel, and the administration of the Theatre. Types of records include correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and newsletters, financial records, box office records, applications, licenses, contracts, scripts, posters, newspaper clippings, production notes, programs, press kits, videocassettes, audiocassettes, negatives, contact sheets, slides, photographs, and other materials.

Fonds consists of scripts of the puppet plays as well as correspondence, photographs and slides, newspaper clippings of reviews, programs, videocassettes, and some administrative papers.
