The fonds consists of photographs of Amy Lebarge Clethero and family and friends. Identified people include Violet Lebarge (Storer), Dorothy Baker (Webber), Jenny Lebarge, Billy Lebarge, Peter Lebarge, Lizzie Lebarge, Dora Clethero (McGuire), Carol Boss, Irene Slim (Broeren Adamson), John and Emma Burns, and Cary and Jackie Mackintosh. The photographs were taken at Lake Laberge, Robinson Station, Whitehorse and Haines, Alaska.

Many of the images are believed to be from the areas of Engineer Mine on Tagish Lake, Yukon and Atlin, B.C. Anais Roxborough brought the camera used to take the photographs over from France.

Goetzman; Eric Hegg; J. Doody; and L. E. Robertson. Specific subjects include Bennett, Carcross, Dawson City, Dyea, Eagle (Alaska), Whitehorse Rapids, Hootalinqua, Juneau (Alaska), Skagway (Alaska), Lindeman, Marsh Lake, McQuesten and Co. store, Sheep Camp, sternwheelers and the White Pass Trail. The photographs are arranged alphabetically by subject.

It contains 33 original captioned photographs of various Dawson City, Yukon businesses of 1901. Three group portraits, a convoy of pack horses by the Red Onion, and a horse drawn sled through a frosty forest complete this collection.

Andrew Norelius fonds

The fonds consists of a written account by Andrew Norelius of his journey to the Klondike Gold Fields and a description of his activities over the next one and a half years searching for gold. The recollection begins in March 1898 and ends in August 1899 when Norelius arrives home to his family in Minnesota. Included are descriptions of the living conditions along the trail to the Klondike, travelling around the creeks, fishing and hunting, the communities, prospecting and mining, and impressions of Dawson City, Yukon.

This fonds consists of 35 copy negatives and reference prints made from originals on loan from the donor. Also included in the fonds are photocopies of letters and newspaper articles from the Gold Rush era. The photographs and textual material document the experiences of Andrew Clement "Clem" Alexander, a member of the Huron Party who left Edmonton, Alberta in March of 1898 for the Klondike gold fields in the Yukon.

The fonds consists of a photograph album depicting Andrew Porubsky's unit participating in the construction of the Alaska Highway. Images include fellow military personnel (some are identified by first name), highway construction and equipment, scenic views, a view inside a tent, outdoor shower facilities, a memorial cairn to Lt. R.R. Small, bridge construction on the Slims and Donjek rivers in the Yukon, a music band, an Alaska Highway Kluane sign, cabins, a possible freighter canoe, and a mine entrance. Also included are images from his training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and of his family in Ohio.

The fonds consists of copies of photographs taken by Dr. Grant, ca. 1898-1909, during his service in Dawson City. Views include Dawson City, Moosehide, the manse and church of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, the Good Samaritan Hospital, visiting the mines, and residents of Dawson City. There is also a folder of copies of newspaper clippings about the work of Dr. Grant in the Yukon.
