The fonds consists of films of Fort McKenzie, his family in Scotland, Fort Chimo, Quebec and the tour of the R.M.S "Nascopie" through the eastern Arctic. Also consists of photographs of HBC posts at Fort Chimo, Fort Mackenzie, Fort Nelson and Lansdowne House, Ontario.

The fonds consists of Stanier's correspondence, training manuals, and business records. Includes business records of the Kingfisher Oil Field Fishing Company, records related to his involvement in civil defense activities, family photographs, publications from various oil industry sources, and township maps.

The fonds consists of Ernest Chritchley's tax returns (1917-1940, 1949), notes on the history of Crown Lumber Co. (1955), and correspondence (1950); Anna Chritchley's diary of packages sent to Harry F. (1941-1946), correspondence (1938, 1963), scrapbook of menus (1934-1941), recipes, cooking lessons, and newsclippings; Annie Rose Pearce's correspondence (1879-1894) and autograph book (1883); Gwen Chritchley's scrapbook of trip to England and France (1939); and Hornibrook family accounts, certificates and newsclippings (1913-1943). Also consists of Harry F. The fonds consists of negatives, slides, photographs and films shot by A.C. Lynn and Amy Zelmer including the Alberta Coal Branch, coal transportation, coal mines, the Edmonton Exhibition, the Castle Hotel fire (in Edmonton), a conference in Banff, the North Western Pulp and Power plant in Hinton, Fort McMurray, an archeological dig at Fort George, a painting class, Inuit Child Development, (produced by the International Communications Institute) and a film by Amy Zelmer (and Harold Alston) about Fort Mackay.

Consists of a photograph album 5 cm thick, containing ca. 200 photographs of places and persons in Alberta and Montana. The album was compiled by A. F. Buckham from his photographs of a cattle drive, and life in and around Dorothy, Alberta and the lower Red Deer River (1921-1924), Edmonton, Alberta (1930), the later half of the album deals with A. F. Buckham's student experiences at the University of Alberta and on a mining engineering field trip to southern Alberta and Montana (1933-1935).
